I’ve had the worst experience and all I will say is don’t throw your money here!! I ordered in dec 15 and today is April 19 and still nothing! Get an attitude voice note saying we thought and not apologetic or nothing !

I could actually give a zero star rating because it was the WORST online experience for me the Saree quality is poor , they r just selling some Metre cloth which doesn't even fit your height . they have sent me the wrong order but when I contacted them they don't even care to respond to it they cut the call in the middle of the conversation they doesn't reply its the worst customer service experience I have ever received they even say that they never even received one complaint ,I think they also don't see their customer reviews . don't buy products from this website utter scammers scamming for money . once they receive the money they doesn't care anymore about the issues of customers and they just turn away telling no exchange and no refund . Im so much dissatisfied and disappointed in their service and the way they treat their customers . if they feel so much irritated and lack of patience in handling the customers they should better close the shop .
NEVER BUT FROM THEM! TRUST ME Saree 1 (blue) • The blouse is extremely tight at the neck area. This is not related to my size (I always wear size S), but clearly a design or stitching issue. • The blouse patterns does not match the one shown on your website. • The overall quality of the saree looks very cheap and poorly finished. • The bust area is stitched far too low, which makes the blouse unwearable and visually very unflattering. This is a basic tailoring error that should not happen with a competent tailor. Saree 2 (pink) • The blouse is very tight under the arms, again not related to my size, but due to incorrect measurements. • The clasp is old and damaged; the metal is rusted. • The decorative elements on the border of the saree are already coming off, even though the saree has never been worn. THEY DONT EVEN CARE OR REFUND.

Such a scam, they are limelighting thru a good PR team. Ordered a saree on after seeing instagram reels and website picks it looked completely different in real. Its just a 6 mtr running matterial cloth which they gave as a saree and blouse hardly 600 to 700rs will get in stores but they made me pay 2000rs.. not even worth it. There is no pallu nothing.. never gonna buy anything again.. The saree with Poornima and anumol mam is costed around 3.5k something which we can get for 700rs in pothys and better blouse for 1000rs.. just dont go for them.. they are just scamming ppl money
I have ordered saree on nov 13 still not received the sareee when to try to reach there is no way to contact them directly actually still it’s say you’ll receive an email when my order is ready for past 8days pakkka cheating and fraud don’t order here
Horrible experience from them. We ordered a saree and blouse from them and they only delivered the saree. Whe we later contacted they never picked up the phone call. Such a horrible experience. Very poor quality product. Very bad service. Utter waste company
⚠️ Honest Review – Very Disappointed! I had a very bad experience with Elegant Fashion Way (EFW by Fathima). Initially, they promised to customise my blouse, but the product was delivered without any customisation. When I raised a complaint, they assured me that a return pickup would be arranged — but no one came, and I had to spend my own money to send it back. After that, they sent me a bigger size blouse, even though I had clearly mentioned my correct size both in message and over call. When I raised the issue again, they said they would send the correct size, but after two months of waiting, I again received the wrong size. Recently, after following up multiple times, they told me to get it altered at a nearby tailor instead of taking responsibility. This is completely unacceptable after so much delay and miscommunication. I feel cheated and very disappointed with their unprofessional behaviour. Be careful before ordering from them — they do not keep their promises and the customer service is extremely poor. Never buying from them again.
I had ordered a saree with a stitched blouse and a stitched salwar suit. After waiting for almost a month and a half, only the salwar suit was delivered. The quality was extremely disappointing—it looks nothing like the pictures shown on their website. The material feels very cheap, and I’m certain the color will run after the first wash. Honestly, it looks like something you’d pick up from a roadside stall or low-quality exhibition, not what was advertised. This site is misleading and unreliable. Please don’t fall for their marketing—my experience makes me believe it’s a scam.
I ordered two sarees in June 2025 and have still not received my package. The company keeps repeating the same message — “sorry for the delay, it will be resolved in 24–48 hours” — but never provides a tracking ID or any real solution. They say the package is handed over to the delivery agency. Despite multiple follow-ups, there has been no transparency, no accountability, and no resolution. This experience has been extremely stressful, and I feel cheated. From my experience, this store is not reliable. If you value timely delivery, proper communication, and customer service, I strongly recommend avoiding this website. I hope this review helps others make an informed decision before ordering. Worst experience I’ve ever had . Update: To this day (29 Oct 2025) : I haven’t received my order. It’s been over 5 months . Multiple follow ups and what not, all in vain . They told they shipped the order , and I haven’t received anything. At this point I’m going to take legal action.
Worst experience ever. I wasted 3200 rupees for a saree where I ordered a pretty color with golden stones but received totally different shade with white stone. Am going to file a consumer complaint.
I ordered two sarees from efw.. it is not worth the money. Totally disappointing. This feels like a complete scam . Please dont waste your money here.

Awful customer care. They said that they delivered the product but it never reached us. I ordered HINA saree. They never picked up our call, never answered any emails or whatsapp messages! No way to get in touch with them at all. Not even a single reply about the order or the refund. Edit: After this review they replied back and the product was delivered. My point still stands that their response is incredibly slow and you have to resort to other means to get a reply back from them.
