Totally Disappointed – Waste of Money! I ordered a saree from eFW by Fathima for Rs. 5700, and honestly, it's not even worth Rs. 1000. The quality is extremely poor, and the packaging was horrible – it looked like a used saree, all crumpled and messy (kasangi irunthathu). We are paying over Rs.5009 and they can’t even pack it properly? Totally unprofessional and disappointing. This feels like a complete scam. Please don’t waste your money here. I deeply regret this purchase
I ordered 4–5 sarees from EFW by Fathima to gift my cousins and aunties, and I just had to say—everything turned out so, so good! The sarees looked exactly like the pictures and felt even better in hand. Super elegant and the quality was honestly impressive for the price. One of them had a stitched blouse, so that took a little extra time to arrive, but it was totally worth the wait—the fit and finish were perfect. The unstitched ones came really fast without any delay, and my aunties absolutely loved them! The team was sweet and kept me updated throughout. Overall, such a lovely experience. Edit to Add: Added 1 more star for the quality of the product. As I am a believer in giving small businesses their chances I have ordered products from them, and they are of good quality, but I stand by how I was treated. If you have a load of customer base, either hire more people or have a good website which properly filters things. Having been reaching out to them, back and forth about PAZ Stitched version and asked them, if they have availability and also asked them about the image of the stitched suit, the response I get is poor. After 4 days of talking they tell me that the suit is out of stock, they are not answering calls, on their website it is still mentioned as InStock(when I wrote the review)
I ordered the LUSTURE saree, expecting the beautiful dual-shade as shown on the website. However, the product I received was an entirely different color. When I raised the issue, customer service dismissed my concern by saying there could be a color discrepancy. This experience has left me deeply disappointed—not only due to the inaccurate product description but also because of the lack of proper resolution from customer support. The website appears to use misleading images, and the service does not seem reliable. I strongly advise others to exercise caution before purchasing from this site. Please don’t fall for this . Looks fake website
Hi, after I posted my review, the owner contacted me on her own and accused me of my review being baseless, without evidence and bashing towards her business. First of all, I was honestly surprised that it took lesser time for them to contact me after my review than replying about my order that I had placed. (2 months to reply about my order vs. very few days after my review here). I replied to her providing her the evidence for the statements in my review with screenshots of her not properly communicating with me about the availability of the saree (she mentioned the first time I contacted her when I didn't receive the saree that it was in making process and 2 months later blamed the courier service of misplacing my order, but the truth is the saree was not available when I ordered it 4 months back, even today when I check their website, the saree status shows available even with a discount of 33% on it but the truth is THEY DON'T SEEM TO HAVE IT) and also proofs of 100 photos of same design saree in different colors and photo angles that she sent me as alternative for it. I told her to stop cheating her customers with this false availability status of sarees in the website and hire a team to maintain the site properly. After these clear proofs, I haven't heard back from them till now. No surprise there. I just wanted to write about it here so other people shouldn't fall prey to their Instagram stories and promotions when all of this is just to make you go to a website that has pictures of wonderful sarees that they don't have and to lure you into buying it. I have bought so many nice sarees from many other online shops but this is the only shop I have faced till now with fake promises and easily getting away with this cheating by listing things in fine print in their terms and conditions so we can't sue them. BEWARE!!
I ordered 2 sarees. Both of them had BURNT edges and the finishing was pathetic. One even has some dirt stains. One of them even the colour sent was wrong. Truly disappointed Until I booked my order... The customer care was very responsive...soon after I expressed that I have a problem with it.... No response. They are just not replying.
I was disappointed with my purchase . The deliver took an entire month paid the delivery charge two times and the product quality was poor additionally lack of return or refund options unless the item is damaged ,was frustrating
