As of tomorrow it will be a week past the estimated delivery date and there is still no word from the the transfer company on when they will be delivered. Epic may want to consider using someone else or coming up with a better way to forecast the ETA.
I realized I ordered too many items (2 separate orders on the same day) and was able to cancel what wasn't needed. Customer service is friendly and quick. Thank you!

Super easy website to navigate through
Not happy with their customer services. Barricades arrived late, shipment of one pallet was lost and no refund on shipping amount. I do not recommend at this point. No follow-up or return calls. Multiple correspondences. They could have tried to save a customer and make things right and made no attempt. ******* UPDATE after below response: .....and this is why you received a one star review. I had to speak multiple times with the carrier directly which I should not have had to and they were open to a refund but you made no attempt to correct a mistake and follow through with customer service. YOU received the money for freight and have the ability to do this. Chose not to. I have worked directly in many large shipping companies so your statement is NOT accurate - and yes customer should know of your lack of follow-up and follow through. Sometimes it is better to even lose money on one order or make less money as word of mouth is your best advertising. Getting a customer is not easy. Keeping them in the long run makes more business sense. We are a large network of schools and you would have received MUCH more business if you had done something to make things right. Sadly you saw the smaller picture for profit.
First-order was excellent and now we added some items, good quality, and great service with updates on any changes on your order.
Still don’t have ordered item!
Mid August we placed 2 orders for crowd control barriers, September 1st we received e-mails that our orders have shipped, today, September 9th I tracked the orders since we still did not receive them and it showed that the items were never shipped. I called the company and the gentleman I spoke to basically said they will ship when they ship and he receives hundreds of calls like this a day and there is nothing he can do, he has no idea when they will ship, and he can't cancel the order, I need to send an e-mail and someone else will take care of it. Needless to say I am canceling this order and cannot recommend them.
