I have been a proud Etsy member for over ten years, both as a buyer and seller, and I have always loved being part of this community. My shop LowLightStudioArt was recently permanently suspended following IP violations — something I fully accept responsibility for and had already begun rectifying proactively before the suspension occurred. I had developed entirely new original collections and was actively removing non-compliant listings when access was revoked. I am not writing this review out of anger. I am writing it because I am devastated to have lost something I worked so hard to build, and because there is simply no way to reach a human being at Etsy to have a genuine conversation about what happened. The appeals process is automated and the outcome felt instant. For a platform built on independent creators and small businesses, I would ask Etsy to consider a more compassionate and human approach to sellers who made mistakes but genuinely want to make things right. I adored being part of the Etsy community and I hope to be again someday. If anyone from Etsy is reading this — please reach out to me. I would welcome the chance to have a proper conversation.
