Lots of facilities, swimming pool good variety of times & use, just with there was a 9am spot every morning. Gym is also great full of a variety of the public of all shapes & sizes. No body shaming. Dif classes although I've not used them.
Me and my husband joined everyone active at Scarborough on a gp referral to get fitter due to health problems And I must admit Everone has been amazing and still continue to be We have really embraced it and that’s all down to the amazing support we had had and continue to have We will definitely be keeping it going I’m really pleased we made the choice to take it on
Easy to book sessions. Clean and pleasant environment and very friendly and helpful staff. Enjoy attending Good Boost in the pool, always someone to assist with tablet technicality!
Excellent facility the stuff courteous and welcoming. The whole area is clean and tidy. The gym is packed out with all equipment you would ever need and the pool is a fantastic asset to Scarborough.
