The PA called to tell me she was rescheduling me for a half hour later. ? No call back Then an appointment for 9 15 Monday. No call. But they took my money. I am disputing it. Just tell me if you don't want to treat me! I'm so disappointed and disgusted with them. I will never never use or recommend them again but I will tell the medical board they took my payment then blew me off. Major no no.
Scam do not waste your timer money, though. The people Staff who answer the phones Appear to be attentive and very polite. That is their job. They also make a lot of promises that are not follow it up with but I changed my phone number Prior to my appointment, I called several times before my appointment as well. As a day before and gave the new number. And assured that it was the fact number. I know they got the number. Because I received an email with a link to join the Doctor the next or the day after which the Doctor never joined. I tried to call and could not reach anyone. Until hours later I was told that they were gonna send me another link. Then I was told that it was gonna be a $50 additional fee that it was a rescheduling fee. I don't understand it wasn't on my part. Or my fault? Why did The Visit did not go I? Gave all the information needed and I know they had it because they sent me the link. So there was another $50. Then after that, they scheduled me out. Almost 2 weeks later. Then they insisted that I get a Doctor from note for my previous Doctor of clearance which I myself had to get. And that took a lot of headache and hard doing, but I did get it done. Then another $50 rescheduling fee, which I then again paid after this point I was completely invested all of my money into this appointment and completely out of medication. Their lack of empathy for their patients is insane. Then my appointment was over 5 days ago w a nurse practioner and she assured me my meds would be at the pharmacy that day. They were not the office promised within 24 to mo more than 48 hours. That was 5 days ago. They kept spinning me and promising the Dr forgot to sign off on them. That us the hold up I can see the meds in my portal yet they are worthless w no signature. Now conveniently they have blocked my calls. They care about money that us all. I'm contacting the bbb fda and medical board if my money isn't returned immediately. My attorney is not in today. But will be in the am. Don't trust these scam artists. Sad ppls health mental heath at thar is nothing to these ppl. They need to be out of business.
I get subs from one doctor and I get ads and bars from another, but they both know about each other. Out of the blue, they told me I need a clearance letter, stating that I can take subs with my adds and bars. So I get the clearance letter and now they're telling me I have to choose, subs or ads and bars. Mind you, I've been on this medicine for over 15 years, they know I can have seizures and they don't even care, lucky for me I know people. If I didn't,I would be in the ER right now or maybe dead. Something needs to be done about people halting your medication. Y'all get us on these medications and then hold them over our head like y'all are GOD ALMIGHTY!! I'm here to tell you, you're not! Y'all won't stop me from getting my meds, Ez care staff can suck a golf ball through a water hose,😂😂JERK OFFS!!
I had set up an appointment for Thursday, February 22 at 11:30am cst for a consultation with Dr. Robin Sneed but as instructed, I was on the email link to join the conversation with the doctor. We could not make contact due to technical issues and the doctor told me to log out and back in again… I did this several times but was unable to complete the service that I paid $195 for. Tried to reach the customer service team in San Francisco but I was put on hold with no way to resolve this issue…
Wish I had found this place years ago so I wouldn't have to deal with the BS from the VA. Dr. Romero has been very accommodating to my needs and I am in a much better place now thanks to him. Definitely recommend giving them a try. Got an appointment in less than 48 hours when most of the clinics where I live were 3 months out.
People! Beware , this guys are scammers!! I recently booked an appointment, they cancelled and didn't gave an explanation or anything so I requested a refund , never heard from them again . Called a couple times and they told me I will take a month to get my money back. Don't use them , they don't care about you! Only your money!
My name is Michael Stuver . My original appointment was 12 days ago in which the doctor sent my prescriptions of two different pharmacies 5 hours away from each other she also decreased them and changed the kind without notifying me. She canceled the prescription I couldn't get to didn't fix it and has not responded to the care team in 12 days. I begged for a new appointment and was given one that was yesterday morning the doctor did not show so they rescheduled me again last night with a different doctor in a different state because I'm supposed to be traveling for work. That doctor also did not show. I put off continuing with my job and got a motel room so I could get the appointment tonight that they scheduled which also the doctor couldn't make it to. I've been out of meds for days there are some days I don't take them because it's a weekend or you know I only take one instead of three I'm on the highest dose you can be and have been for years the way that I feel after not having my meds for days is undescribable. I can barely get out of bed I don't take care of myself I don't want to play with my kids I can't go to work. The worst feeling though is feeling the helplessness from not knowing what's going on nobody calls nobody messages I have to call multiple time today figure out what's going on and nothing happens nobody's helping it doesn't even seem like anybody knows what's going on half the time. I've been with easy care since 2021 maybe even earlier I never had issues in the beginning but the past year it's been nothing but trouble every single month I can show you different problems that have happened. Two different times I had to pay again for appointment a week later for a different mental health reason just to be able to contact a doctor to get my prescription sent cuz it was never sent. I booked the first appointment and I'm in central time they told me 3:30 I'm at my phone and find out it was eastern so I call them and get a disrespectful response saying I have to pay a 50 dollar late fee I had to call several times and finally got someone to expedite it then the new appointment wasn't till the next day. I make sure I'm on eastern time now and doctor reaches out she has her face blocked and pretends the interview is has malfunction after 2 min and asked for documents and she'll send my mediation refill I'm already been prescribed for the last five years I do everything within the hour. It's been 5 days and everytime I call they say doctor has received them and she'll send my medication in the morning.there is no supervisor or way to get this resolved I've called over and over to find a doctor that has the right tools to do my appointment with camera . I am out of 200 dollars for being scammed and this is only way I can tell my story . I don't even believe I was talking to a real doctor I think this is a scam. Ty for reading. So there response was to call the same number I've been calling no real person just waiting for 30 min at a time to tell me the same thing lol this is something I'm going to better business complaints now and spread the word that this is a scam.
It took s as minute to get an appointment. They were filling fast. It was easier to call and make one than to understand online how it works.
This place is a complete mess and they should be ashamed for robbing people who need help. They are a terribly organized company and will steal your money. Please use a regular provider as this one will cause more harm than good. Update: I tried to get my medical records from this company so I can switch to regular provider. What do they tell me. It’ll cost money which is unacceptable considering the reason I am not using this company is they stole money from me in the first place. Once again please please use a regular provider and save yourself money and from getting more stress and anxiety.
EZ Care Clinic rebranded to MedVidi, and did not give good service to me in the slightest. In short, I would strongly recommend that most people use one of multiple, much better mental healthcare practices and doctors that are actively accepting patients. Many of which provide drastically better care for significantly less money, whether online or in person. ( I have had a positive relationship with more than one of them that lasted years and some still to this day, and no online doctor or practice has been provided such a negative experience, one in person one provided a significantly wore negative experience but overall the experience have been good, great or at least reasonable outside of MedVidi) Terrible, service, lack of care and insincere suggestions are all I think I experienced or witnessed from them. Micheline Epstein in my experience was inaccurate dishonest and did not seem to care about the well being of the patient enough to even contact back. And the overall business of MedVidi was only concerned with making money and not with my health well being or safety in the slightest from what I could tell. and I really tried to work with them.
!!!STEER CLEAR OF THIS PLACE!!! I had an appointment scheduled on December 6th or 7th in order to see someone regarding an upcoming trip I have to fly for(I am an EXTREMELY nervous flyer). I booked this appointment 4 weeks out from the date of the trip(12/15). I submit my paperwork and it takes OVER A WEEK for them to verify everything which means they had to reschedule the appointment for today December 14th. Yesterday on December 13th, I received a call that the doctor then cancels my appointment less than 24 hours before I am supposed to leave on my flight. I get a call later that evening around 5:30 PM CST saying they can still see me on December 14th at 9 AM with a different doctor. I call them at 8:30 AM CST this morning because I haven't received a link to the appointment and YET AGAIN the doctor has to cancel the appointment. After numerous attempts to tell them this was urgent, they said they can get me an appointment December 27th...which is 2 weeks after my trip... I will NEVER try to schedule with them again and will not recommend this place to anyone.
Dr. "consult" was all of 5 minutes where she cut me off while talking, stated I "probably" don't have what I was looking for an ACTUAL diagnosis for and, referred me to a nootropic through their site. I pulled it up while they were talking and said it has almost all of the same ingredients of one I've been using for 2 years and she got defensive telling me I don't know what I'm talking about and finished with "how could you know? there's no way you would know if you haven't taken it before". To which I again responded that I'm looking at the ingredients of the recommendation and the product I've been taking and they are almost the exact same. Her response? "Well this one has pine bark extract". She then wrapped up by saying I'll send you the link to order it in email, and signed off. Entire call from start to finish was under 10 min and not even a hint of an actual evaluation was conducted. Pretty sure I just paid $200 for them to give me an OTC recommendation on a product they're getting kick backs from after researching the companies and the investor groups. Absolute scam.
The doctors are great. The customer service is as well. This will be my 3rd visit. I'm having some problems accessing my follow up appointment form, but I have escalated the issue to their team for resolution.
