So I basically made this payment in error, and ignorance. It seems that they are very quick to take the payment and have you pick a slot for an appointment…. then when the appointment comes it’s all “you didn’t fill out your registration” , which is like 12 pages long given it I understand that factor of it, but why was that not said to me before the payment was processed ? aren’t you supposed to be registered to make sure someone is 100% a fit with you as a client before a payment is processed ? but I saw the reviews on Reddit to be honest that’s what tipped the boat & 100% scared me away. I only even gave this a shot because a close friend recommended it. I’ve suffered with anxiety since I was a child and nothing really has ever worked for me, also their customer service department is basically non existent and the day of my appointment I didn’t receive a phone call a text all I got was an email I think like the day I made the payment which was stating “you have to complete the registration process”. I just don’t have money to be throwing around and wasting. I would like an immediate refund and they’re saying they’re going to “forward it” God knows how long that’ll take. I spent my entire lunch break today waiting on hold for customer service with absolutely no answer. That just gives me very very bad vibes.

My first experience with EZCare Clinic has been great. It was very easy to get registered and setup online. Scheduling an appointment on my time when I needed was a breeze. Dr. Grigg was helpful and kind and professional. I'm happy going forward with care through this company and am grateful for a positive experience all around.
Very helpful and beneficial service. It is difficult to find an available therapist and psychiatrist nowadays. It was relieving to find a service that was available immediately. From the intake team all the way up to the physician, everyone was kind and courteous. The physician was amazing. She was empathetic, caring, and kind. I will be following up with her again. I cannot rate this service highly enough and definitely recommend.

They are always giving you an update about your first appointment, . The scheduled time was super on time , . The Dr. Is so polite , understood my inquiry and the prescription was transferred to the provider right away!!!

This company is the absolute worst at fixing or making things right, better hope they get it right the first time (they won’t) or your screwed. Could sit and tell you long list of different issues but wouldn’t have enough time or space so I’ll simply tell the latest (and now last) saga. Scheduled and paid for an appointment for Tuesday 630pm October 10th which was a time slot their site offered me as an option, no call no text no response until following day to tell me i was rescheduled for October 13th 5pm, because they then called later then scheduled i had no service and missed call, so was rescheduled for Sunday October 15th, different dr then normal called, completely incompetent, call lasted 20 minutes most of which was dr scratching his head saying nothing but staring at computer screen, he stated he was confused at the different dr’s and different amounts of meds, mind you ezcare did my original assessment for these meds! Clearly could see the work up and results of that! Couldn’t understand why i went to dr for few years then to another one, told him it was because i moved 200 miles away and had to, then said why are you now taking less then Dr prescribed? I said because since i moved haven’t found new dr started using ezcare again (this is all easily and clearly stated in paperwork and notes he had access to) and ezcare dr wouldn’t give me same dose so prescribed me few less, is what it is you can prescribe same amount, well this just blew his incompetent mind apparently as he sat there dumbfounded for 20 mins then said the team will reach out to you, this resulted in NO meds being issued, I have called over 10 times get same run around get texts saying the matter is being reviewed and yet no call backs, it’s been 2 weeks and nothing, no refund no competent dr to prescribe meds this place originally approved me for and started to again since the move. multiple calls/texts and still nothing has been fixed no meds scripted no new dr appointment just a bunch of wasted time money and patience this is BEYOND UNACCEPTABLE and I’ve asked around this is the norm! Last time I stopped using them was for the same BS and that time took weeks to get a refund, they have no clue what they are doing, customer service is beyond atrocious they will bounce you around to different departments not one of which will help, I have hours of correspondence over this issue and still nowhere closer to a resolution then I was 3 weeks ago, do not go here or use these people it is a scam
