Delivery was on time and notification was a plus. The food is wonderful. The staff is so very helpful.
Two out of three weeks, my delivery arrived significantly late. Where I live in Texas, it's 100+ degrees outside. If my box sits on a truck for 2-4 days, it doesn't stay cold. It arrives warm with soggy cardboard packaging. Not only do I have to deal with having a mess to dispose of, but my meal planning for the week is also ruined. It's also a hassle to get refunded for food I have to throw away. When delivering food that should be cold, Factor should ensure reliable shipping options. Very disappointed.
I chose only 10 meals for this week and you sent 20. Not happy. So I skipped the next week, we have too many meals. On the plus side your meals taste great.
Did not receive my meals. Received email day of delivery saying they were delayed and would be delivered the following day. Next day, no email, no meals. Delivery status says exception and they could not deliver. Still haven’t heard from Factor about this.
It is 8:30pm and my delivery hasn't arrived. 11:44am was sent a text saying it was on its way
Factor makes the best, most flavorful, meals on the market. I take the meals from the weightloss program. I tried on a shirt that hasn't fit in 5 years. It give me room when I tried it on! Factor is incredible!!!
Free meals offered to multiple who have signed up for weekly meals and I have not seen a discounts or other incentive to do so. Please stop offering incentives if not going to actually provide them.

I am frustrated with your meals as I have requested keto meals for the last month and I have received none. I don't know what I'm doing incorrectly on the app but all I keep getting are the same chicken meals. No fish no pork. I want to cancel my orders. The meals that I get tastes good but that's not what I asked for. I want keto only.

Meals a really good and easy to prepare. The first box came a bit late, and as a result I misunderstood the date I needed to pick my second box, so my choices were locked into the default choices. It did take quite a bit of effort but the team did reimburse me for the meals I couldn't eat which was kind customer service. Thanks, Factor!
