I ordered flowers for Mother’s Day. The day it arrived I get a notification it was going to be three days late. I contacted farm girl flowers and the phone says email. So I emailed and not til 9 days later did they reply and try to blame me for their error. I used to order from them all the time. Never again.
My daughter sent me a bouquet of flowers for Mother’s Day, 2026. The box contained an enormous array of what were supposed to be fresh flowers. Much of the bouquet was wilted. I thought perhaps they would revive in a few hours. I sent photo’s upon their arrival to my daughter, and again on day 2 and 3. We were both sooo sad to see her hard earned money wasted. She contacted them 3 times to try and rectify the problem and has not heard back. Very poor customer relations!
Sent a $120 arrangement to my grandma for Mother’s Day. Flowers arrived dried out, wilting, with browned edges and shedding petals. Sent a picture to customer service and they told me this is “what we expect with bloom delivery” and offered to send a replacement. Excuse me? No thank you! If a half dead bouquet is what your expectations are when you’re charging $120, I don’t need a second one. Never using this company again. Told them this was unacceptable. If they are not willing to work with me I’ll take it to my credit card company.
Horrible experience! Did not even deliver Mothers Day Flowers but sure charged is $150. Could not reach a human, finally had to get the credit card to do a charge back. So sad, my husband’s mom is 94, and we had no idea she didn’t get them. This took two weeks and never got to speak to a human……. 0 star experience
I’m extremely disappointed with my Farmgirl Flowers order and how poorly this has been handled. I ordered the “Lindy Hop With Peonies!” bouquet for $139. I specifically chose this upgraded version because it was advertised as including peonies. The product listing also stated that the bouquet included peonies, anemones, and “thirty-ish stems.” The regular Lindy Hop bouquet was $99, so I paid significantly more for the upgraded peony version. What I received did not include peonies at all. It also did not include anemones, and the arrangement looked much smaller, thinner, and less full than the advertised photos. It appeared closer to roughly 20–24 stems depending on how filler and greenery are counted, not “thirty-ish.” This was not a minor substitution or simple color variation. The main premium flowers I paid extra for were missing entirely. The bouquet I received also did not match the regular Lindy Hop bouquet. While it had some similar colors and flower types, it did not have the same fullness, shape, or overall appearance as either the regular Lindy Hop or the upgraded Lindy Hop With Peonies arrangement shown on the website. On top of that, several of the flowers were dead or dying within 24 hours. So not only did the bouquet not match what I ordered, but the quality and longevity were also very disappointing for a premium-priced arrangement. I contacted Farmgirl Flowers with photos. Their representative apologized and offered either a replacement bouquet or account credit. I appreciated the initial response, but I requested a refund back to my original payment method because I did not receive the product I ordered. Since this was for a specific occasion, a replacement after the fact or store credit was not an appropriate resolution for me. After I asked for a refund, Farmgirl Flowers stopped responding entirely despite multiple follow-up emails. Because of that, I ultimately filed a dispute with my bank. This entire experience has been incredibly frustrating. I paid premium pricing for a specific bouquet and received something materially different from what was advertised. Then, when I asked for a refund instead of store credit or a replacement, communication stopped. I would not order from this company again.
Ordered three sets of flowers. One of them were very sad looking, almost dead. I asked for a refund and was given the run around by the customer service team. My wife says, "never order from them again."
Flowers delivered to the wrong address and only 18 tulips instead of the promised 30 tulips. Their solution was to just cancel my order and issue a refund rather than resend my gift. Don’t shop with This company. They are not delivering what you pay for
Ordered Mother’s Day flowers in early April. Paid extra for a Friday before Mother’s Day delivery. Mother’s Day comes and goes. I called….no help, e-mailed…nothing. I paid for Route protection. Nothing. The flowers came 4 days late dead.
Mother's Day peonies looked like crap. They were brown, mildewy looking, and wilted. I threw them out after the 2nd day as there was no resurrecting. Customer service has not responded to my daughter trying to contact them. Go somewhere else for your flowers!
My Son and Daughter in law sent me a bouquet for Mother's Day. The flowers arrived with most blooms very wilted or dead. A replacement arrived today in the same condition, mostly wilted and dead. Horrible business. No phone number to contact customer service.
Unfortunately the flowers that were scheduled to be delivered the day before Mother’s Day arrived 48 hours later. I reached out to customer service and they were not helpful with anything even as a show of goodwill. They said I should’ve purchased delivery insurance. I haven’t had issues with other flower deliver providers in the past on Mother’s Day :(.
I ordered flowers for my mom on May 3rd to be delivered on May 9th. On the day it was supposed to be delivered UPS said the package was damaged and after 3 days I still haven’t heard a word from Farmgirl about a replacement (I paid the protection fee). I can understand if there was an accident but if you charge me $140 I would like answers on what’s going on. Your communication is TERRIBLE
9 of my 20 flowers did not bloom from bud form. It has been 4 days since I reached out to their customer service team, and I have not received a response. My advice is to take your business elsewhere if you are looking for quality and customer service.
Absolutely disgusting business with zero customer service !!! I have filed a complaint with the BBB and everyone else that had Mother’s Day issues should do the same. Flowers were basically dead on arrival. Followed all instructions in the box to revive and following day they were 75% all dead. My young college boys spent there hard earned money to send me a nice gift and they are so upset. I have sent multiple emails and was on hold for over 3 hours today with no response. As of tonight I recorded what there business line says and that they are not taking anymore phone calls at this point ??? How are the allowed to operate a business like this ? Where are the consumers rights ? I intend to go on every social media platform and enlighten every consumer to NEVER purchase anything from this company that should be put out of business. SHAME ON YOU FARM GIRL JUNK
Ordered flowers for Mother's Day, arrived wilted; they offered a reship of new flowers, but, a replacement after Mother’s Day does not fully cure the failure because the occasion itself was the value proposition. Florists charge premium holiday pricing precisely because timing matters.
