FedEx, is it an Internasjonal company?? Really?? We shipped a box from Belgium to Sweden, took 1,5 days. Then 8 days in Sweden. Customer service told that the currier is not allowed to call any other numbers than a Swedish number?? My phone is Norwegian. Every day, when tracking the box I got an update, saying «out for delivery today». It also said it was sent with PostNord, a 3rd party?? But no, they never sent it with PostNord. My box could only be delivered with my Swedish neighbor’s phone and address. If not, it would have gone back to Belgium. WHATS WRONG WITH THIS COMPANY???????? They have one, and one only goal, to deliver packages, International and national. But no(!) their drivers are not allowed to call evaen when the number is on the box🙈Unbelievable! What a company🙈 Can we award them with a «price»? My advice is to STAY AWAY FROM FEDEX, you will live longer😊

I supposed to get my delivery day before yesterday and still it shows hasn't delivered yet. Won't recommend to anyone 💔
FedEx Sweden not recommend at all…. Bad service , delay , no concrete communication, ..NO NO VERY BAD SERVICE … ————— BUT FEDEX IN OTHER EUROPEAN COUNTRIES AND AMERICA IS GOOD !
The delivery guy didn't show up at all. The official time was 10-14 for pickup, the hours of service are 10-18 and I waited the entire period but no-one showed up. No information from the side of FedEx.
Literally avoid using it at all costs. The driver arrives, DOES NOT CALL or NOTIFY YOU IN ANY WAY that they have arrived, takes a picture of your apartments entrance, LEAVES. If you can't enter the building, maybe call the recipient, no? This has happened for the third time already.
Package was said to be delivered on a Thursday between 10:40 and 14:20. Then before 22:00. Then after 22:00. Then the next day between 10:40 and 14:20. Then.... "could not be delivered". Receiver unavailable. I am at home, in my house, waiting. For two days. Very very available. Then this. Kafka-esk experience to say the least. No one has knocked on the door or rung the bell.
Terrible service, was supposed to deliver around lunch thursday, changed that time to sometime before 22 pm. Did not deliver. Tried to deliver the day after when no one was at home. Now I need to go 45 mins with car to pick my parcel up, and I can do this on monday instead of having it delivered by thursday as promised. Its just not even close to what I am expecting.
The absolute worst experience I have ever had with a FED X - 2 weeks, 1 attempt to deliver. No CS response. no way to contact driver or no note, no nothing. my package was returned back to the states in the end. you have been forewarned. what an incredible disappoint to say the least. Best to use DHL or other carriers for Sweden.
There was no way to get a more precise time when the package will arrive except "the package will arrive today before 18:00" or "9:30 to 13:30" which still was not correct. I waited at home for two whole days and the delivery time kept changing, the first day it was even registered as a failed delivery when nobody in fact came to deliver it. Customer service was completely useless, couldn't give me any info, just saying things that one would like to hear to the point where I thought they were being sarcastic. I gave them tons of info for the delivery because I couldn't stay at home from work for a third day, they promised me that the delivery man will call me when they arrive so I can tell them where they can leave the package, but of course nobody called me and they just put in one more failed delivery. This was the worst and most unprofessional experience I've had with a delivery company. Apparently, according to the tracking, everything went smoothly up until the moment the package arrived in Sweden. I will avoid FedEx as much as I can in the future.
They literally didn't even try to deliver. They claimed I wasn't home or that there was a lack of door code... None of these are true but okay. They didn't:t try to call me and now want me to travel 3 hours to the closest pick up point (how is that even possible in the Capital??) Avoid at all costs.
Too bad I cannot give 0 stars. This company is a joke. They never deliver on the promised time and they cannot be trusted with anything. The only way to receive your parcel with them is to be home 24/7 for a week and then maybe you will have a chance. I really wish they will shut down at some point so I can be sure that my parcels will be handed to a different vendor.
Very bad service! Fedex driver poped up before any info about package delivery and left due to lack of door code, half hour later Fedex sent SMS about delivery, which was obvious as Fedex never asked for code for door either. Fedex is so bad at customer understanding that it didn't know that in Sweden there are access points where you delivery can leave packages for customer to pick up later. I shouldn't have bought from this store should i have known that my order will be delivered by FedEx.
Delivery planned for Thursday 10.40 to 14:00. The delivery time was updated continuously during the day and never arrived at the end. Why not just say that from the beginning?
What should’ve been a simple delivery turned into a two-week mess. My package was supposed to arrive before a holiday, but it didn’t. I tried to reschedule — their website was buggy, and when I finally reached support, they promised to fix it and move the delivery. But clearly, no one communicated that to the driver. When the new delivery day came, the package simply never showed up. My gut feeling told me something was off, so after several attempts to get past their useless virtual assistant, I finally got in touch again — only to find out they had now outsourced the shipment to another carrier, pushing delivery even further. I had made it very clear that I urgently needed the package that day, and even offered to pick it up myself. Still, they acted without my consent and never followed through on what they promised. Throughout all this, I had to fight through a terrible phone system, got no updates, and every commitment was broken. Poor tech, no internal communication, no respect for the customer. I wouldn’t trust FedEx to deliver a boomerang…
