Absolutely the worst delivery company

Absolutely the worst delivery company. This is my 4th day that I was notified that I would get the delivery on the day but never arrived. There is no system on the web that you can change the delivery date or location, and they decide when to deliver. I always get contradictory information from the email and the tracking webpage. I contacted the customer service twice, and they said that they have arranged a new delivery for the next day which NEVER worked after all. The guy at the customer service promised me to update the status within 4 hours from when I contacted, but I got no update after all. I iterated the question and he said yes, but it was just a lie. Is this the culture of the company that train the employers to be liers? How can make a profit by increasing the number of cases that need redelivery and develop worse moral? There is no respect to their customers, even as human beings. I would never buy anything if it is FedEx that would deliver the items. I want to give zero star. They don't deserve any star, only creating negative emotions in the world.

Worst shipping company available

Worst shipping company available! Booked a shipment that was supposed to take 1-3 days but it has now been a week and not yet arrived. Support is horrible. No way to change the priority or to get any answers at all. Will never use again!

they lost my package

The document that i sent via fedex from Sweden to the Philippines got lost. I need it sent ASaP and it was planned to be delivered in 4 days but didn't arrived to its destination. It was a very important document that is why i didn't send it via ordinarie mail and trusted this company. It has been 2 weeks now. I tried to contact fedex but they said they don't know where my package is. This company is a joke!!!!

I’ve now waited two full days for my…

I’ve now waited two full days for my package from FedEx without receiving it. On Friday, they claimed they couldn’t deliver it because the sender (from Italy) had written “Ä-stergatan” instead of “Östergatan” — due to the lack of Swedish letters in their system. Today, Monday, at 3:30 PM, FedEx told me the package would now arrive tomorrow. That means I’ve had to stay home two days in a row for no reason, just waiting. What’s even more frustrating is that they had both my phone number and email address, yet they only informed me late in the afternoon on both days. This shows a complete lack of respect for the customer’s time and no willingness to communicate properly. Extremely poor service.

I will never again order anything from anyone who uses Fedex. This carrier is a disaster.

Was home

Was home, could not go anywhere. after a few hours. package will be delivered another day, no more info. According to info when i track, it was put on the car, but i think they lie. And impossible to send feedback on the website, like feedex.com..what a joke

FedEx? More like LieYes

This company should be ashamed of itself. I ordered something from Sharkgaming which has 5/5 customer support & good quality products but they are very unfortunate to having FedEx as their only shipping option for products over 5000sek FedEx lies about arrival dates & times. I received an email on Tuesday March 4 that my package will arrive on Friday March 7 before 22:00. On Friday, I received an email saying that my package will arrive between 10:50–14:50 so I canceled my plans for the entire day, at 15:30, I received an email that restored the delivery time to ”before 22:00”. Literally at 15:40, I received an email stating that the delivery date & time was postponed to MONDAY MARCH 10 BEFORE 22:00. I immediately contacted a customer support in English and she spoke at light speed while I barely could catch up with a few words in which she asked for my name and package tracking number, and expressed the urgency of getting this package delivered asap. She created a support ticket for me and I figured out a bit late that this light speed speaker said that they will contact me on MONDAY 11:00 to continue the process. ALSO, WHAT KIND OF A GLOBAL SHIPPING COMPANY THAT DOES NOT OPEN MINIMUM 3 HOURS ON WEEKENDS TRUCKS & SHIPPING ARE A 24/7 THING BUT NOPE THEY ARE CLOSED THE ENTIRE WEEKEND The laziest shipping company ever, If I ordered a package from some desert and they shipped it on a Camel it would have arrived at the right time FedEx should be held accountable and needs a full restructuring from management to employees.

this is a scam. they only give you scripted responses. I lost $102k to them and had to report to ROSE LANE GP when i didnt get a refund

Unreachable and useless

They are supposed to deliver in Lund but I have a failed delivery attempt while the packet is still in Malmö Airport. I have received no phone call of course and the customer support gives me a bot that fails to understand the tracking number. Third time I have trouble with FedEx.
