I bought the spring 26 perfume about a month ago. I was impressed by the client journey which started with the online excellent marketing and then continued with the sustainably packed story and little gifts including the sample. Unfortunately I was disappointed when I realised after 5 days of testing the bottled perfume that not only I didn’t like the smell but it also fades after a few minutes of use. I appreciate the natural ingredients but maybe mention in your ad campaign that it may not last long as the customer expectation may be different. I also got the sample and tried it but I still opened the big bottle because I often find that samples smell and last differently than the bottles. The customer service was prompt which I liked, especially when I asked no remove me from the automatic subscription that it ties you on. I wish this did not happen so I didn’t have to spend time to email the company. If the perfume reached customers expectations’ then they would themselves opt for a subscription after. Unfortunately I was disappointed after emailing the company again for a refund due to reasons mentioned above. I could not get a refund and I am now stuck with a bottle of expensive perfume that I don’t even like. My conclusion is, if the perfume was sellable, they would have accepted returns as it would have sold anyway though there are so many selling on Vinted second hand, which says something. Good luck but I can’t recommend this brand.
Excellent customer service, excellent product, and fantastic packaging! I’m not a perfume person but really wanted to try something new. No regrets.

Hideous customer service, I’ve requested a confirmation email on my order twice now and have still received nothing despite the order already being delivered. So despite my wanting to return the item it seems near impossible
This isn’t just a perfume, it’s a whole experience. The packaging was very exciting to open! The perfume smells divine and lasts a long time.
For those looking for a natural fragrance; small batch UK production; beautifully packaged & made for each season, Ffern is a real gem of a find. I’m thrilled to be on their ledger & look forward to my Summer scent arriving.

It took me a little patience to enter the ledger but it was soooo worth it. I fell deeply in love with my first Winter fragrance and the second one, Spring, was one big crush. I always get compliment and many people asked me what fragrance i am wearing as it is not something usual. It makes me feel a bit one of a kind, a bit special :)
Ffern fragrances are expertly crafted and their service help is splendid. I was not charged for a misorder and received due notice an timely help plus a free fragrance bottle. Wonderful!
I love the perfume spring 26. I cannot get enough of it. But also the beautiful and thoughtful packaging with all kinds of lovely things in the box and a short film. It made it a real experience. I really love it!
I would not have been a believer unless I'd tried- they made it SO easy to do so- sending thoughtful (and charming) details and a mini trial bottle to be sure it's something I could wear before opening the actual bottle. It was an experience, not just a bottle of perfume. I loved it, and it was a perfect spring scent AND it's the first time I've been able to wear a fragrance without getting severely congested... because that's what happens when you don't use trash ingredients. Thank ya'll so much, I'm a believer!

Incredible fragrances, very delicate and rare. I’ve ordered several of them, all very special and made with a lot of love and attention. The fragrance is accompanied by amazing videos, art works and terracotta stones. I love them and I’m a dedicated Ffern addict now❤️
