This company is a SCAM. I tried calling Flighhub and they answered the phone as Flighthub to (1st lie) to cancel a ticket I recently bought. When the lady started asking for my credit card information and said that it may get charged twice I got suspicious… then she asked for a second card (2nd lie) and I questioned her ID number and who I was talking with. She said Flight hub and when I got the email confirmation to confirm the cancellation charges I noticed it was under Flydreamz - when I questioned the company and said do not charge - I don’t not accept these charges, she said I will be charged anyway and hung up. I’m cancelling my cc now! BEWARE!!!
Amos He is the best employer you got he help me a lot for my ticket to cap Haitian.
Alice was great. She went above and beyond to help us. We talked to other people and they said that there is nothing we can do. But not Alice. She stepped up in a big way and saved our flight. THANK YOU ALICE
These people straight up tried to scam me out of almost $900. I wasn't able to check in for my flight I had booked and I tried to call Alaska Airlines reservation, this company was first search result on Google and I called them by mistake (totally my fault). I told them I couldn't check in and that I wanted to confirm everything was okay with the reservation before heading to the airport. He takes my confirmation number, puts me in hold, comes back and says that everything looks okay with our reservation but saw a note that the FAA was going to be doing an inspection at the Seattle airport in the terminal we were flying out of and that more than likely, our flight would be delayed 6-8 hours and likely canceled. He offered to reschedule us to a different flight, either going out of a different terminal or the next day. Which the flights all ranged from $299-$400 per person to change! Which, I know, flying a different airline, sometimes you do have to pay the difference in the cost of the ticket etc. We reluctantly agree to go out on a later flight that same day (which also was still on Alaksa and usually they all fly out of the same terminal) but he sends me an email to confirm our travel info. At that point I realized I wasn't talking to Alaska Airlines and I was talking to a travel agency. I asked him if I was talking to Alaska Airlines, which he replies, "we work with Alaska" i told him to answer the question, which he said, "no, we are not Alaska". I started to flip out on him at which point he hangs up on me. I called Alaska (the right number this time) and she confirmed our original reservation, said everything is good and has never heard of the FAA delaying flights of an entire terminal for that long. We ended up flying out at our original scheduled time, original flight, with no FAA Interuptions. So this company would have taken our money and sent on a later flight for absolutely no reason. Watch out.
Bad!! I feel totally scammed. They charged me fees the airline told me later didn’t even exist. I THOUGHT I was talking to the airline when I booked my flight. I called to cancel and the representative was extremely rude. He kept repeating the same thing over and over again and not answering my question. When I told him it was clear they “tricked” me into paying an airline fee that didn’t exist, I caught him acknowledging it then correct himself by repeating the same statement again. So annoying. I got no where with the conversation and I was seriously scammed.
I requested specific flights, which they booked and were priced very well.
I was not told about the $300 fee they would charge me for changing my flight date. When I called to dispute it, I was told that when I accepted working with them, I agreed to the fee. The fee might have. been in the fine print, but should have been disclosed verbally. When I call to request a refund, I was told that the man I worked with was not on staff the day I called and that I would get a call back the next day. That was five days ago. I’ve heard nothing from them. I’m disputing that $300 charge through my credit card company. They’re working to get it back for me, but said because I accepted the fee, even if unaware, I may ultimately be responsible for it. The process could take until October. Don’t work with this company unless you are willing to pay this exorbitant fee!
I’m very satisfied & happy with Mr Nelson White - he was amazing , very patient & helpful . He is very willing to help out . Great experience !!
If I could give them 0 stars, I would. Extremely unprofessional with SO much misinformation. I had to get my flight tickets from the actual airline because they did not send it to me. The manager was also speaking to me as if I was a toddler and when I held him accountable for the LIES and false information I was told by multiple agents, he decided to have an attitude with me. I strongly recommend booking your flights elsewhere, unless you want the same negative experience I had.
very helpul with Nelson WHITE
