Renee took my call and helped getting my infant granddaughter added to the flight I purchased for my daughter. I was quite frustrated as I had called previously, connected and passed to a couple of people who were not helpful, told me to go into the chat to contact for assistance. I did this and was told it was a 40 minute wait for assistance. I called back and got Renee who was incredibly helpful. This was my first time booking with Spirit and my experience was not good until Renee took my call. Grateful for the help and appreciate her assistance. Thank you!!!
This company is a scammer. They were impersonating KLM/AOF and attempted to steal $696 dollars for a “change fee.” DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES!

I was told they were United customer service and they can help me correct my daughters name on the ticket… = , after getting all my information they charged an extra $341! I was told the charge will be from Lufthansa and it was the website name. SCAMMERS!!!!
