Just made my first order from parts dept. Fantastic service knowledgeable staff and excellent customer service.
I used the online ordering system and some of my items were not in stock so I expected to have to wait for a while. I was pleasantly surprised when my order arrived within a short number of days even though they came from overseas.
Bought a brand new Yamaha Tenere in September 24. The factory heated grips gave up the ghost in February 25. I called to arrange a warranty replacement. First challenge is getting an appointment. then the second is wasting half a day of my life while they checked the bike and agreed that the grips didn’t work. They then told me that they would be in touch to arrange repairs once the grips had come into stock. The grips came into stock the next day but no one talks to each other at Fowlers, least of all the non-existent warranty dept so after repeated calls to people who knew nothing, I eventually got down to the fact that they had completely lost track of the whole warranty claim. 6 months after the parts failed I’m now sat in their service dept waiting to have new ones fired. I’ve been here for 5 hours, this is what they call “a waiting appointment” Frankly appalling service, from a dealer that has no idea what it’s doing, how to communicate with it’s customers and how to manage a warranty claim. I strongly suspect that once you’ve bought your new motorcycle they really couldn’t give a toss what happens to you afterwards. They have your money and nothing else matters. I would not recommend Fowlers for anything really. Certainly don’t bring your bike here to be maintained or warrantied unless you have months if not years to wait for work to be done.
Ordered My Aprilia RS 125 parts. As promised delivered in 3 days and exactly as ordered.Highly Recommended!
Pathetic Cowboys at KTM Fowlers in Bristol ! At the end of August I'm going to Romania KTM Adventure Rally and almost a month time ago I booked with KTM Fowlers in Bristol a service and general check of my motorbike KTM 890 ADV R . I got email confirmation that my booking is reserved for 02/08/2025 and that they will contact with me within 3 days . Unfortunately they didn't reply even after a week ! So I send them another email to remind them that I have booked a service for 2nd of August and I expect their reply to confirm pricing for service and fitting additional parts which I requested during booking process. Again I received automatic reply that they will contact me within 3 days. 2nd week gone and ...no replay from them . The day of my service 2nd of August gone already and they didn't contact me at all by phone or email to confirm prices and service. I only wasted 3 weeks time for waiting for they reply !!! Bloody cowboys !!!
Fowlers sent the service parts for my Triumph Speed 400 very quickly including the Triumph brand oil. I was impressed with the range of OEM parts they stock and their delivery is first class. Will use them again.
ALways a great place for parts and accessories. Website is easy to navigate. Parts easy to locate. And quick to despatch too. Will use again.
I bought a KTM with a warranty. The bike's fuel pump failed while I was in France (in warranty period) and I wanted to ship it to Fowlers for warranty repair. Nobody will speak to you. Nobody responds to voice messages on their system. Nobody cares. Clearly they don't want to help in any way and they have ducked out of any warranty commitment.
I have been trying to get a few issues resolved under warranty with my Triumph Tiger 1200 GT Explorer. As many who read this will know, these are not cheap. Initially I had the bike booked in for the review to establish what the issues were and the warranty claim made. Over 7 weeks later, I cannot now even get hold of anyone, no replies to my e-mails etc. I know there is only one guy who looks after all warranty issues, but I cant even get hold of the service department (1hr 37mins and counting and I'm caller no 3 as we speak). The service so far has been less than anyone would hope having spent a significant amount on a vehicle. Some form of update/reply etc would be appreciated, but this is far from acceptable. Find a smaller dealer, you'll likely get some service which is better than NO service.
A thank you to Tom and Dan for their assistance when buying my KTM DUKE 125 white from Fowlers. A nice easy purchase followed by a nice smooth ride back home over the Mendips without any rain (bonus). Many thanks again
I needed some replacement parts for my bike. Handle bars ..was told out of stock on back order .. 7..10 days ..or a maximum of 6 weeks should they not be available in the uk. I was so impressed when I received a email saying that my order was on its way ..3 days later there delivered to my door.. keeping me off road for a very short time . Very good communication..fast dispatch and delivery..well packaged too.. used fowlers of Bristol for all my parts .. but this delivery really impressed me …
Fowlers Kawasaki Steve and Simon are lovely guys can’t recommend them enough. They matched the cheapest price I could get my Zx4rr for anywhere and then held on to it for 6 weeks until I passed my test .Amazing service no pressure and above all else 2 thoroughly nice guys to deal with !
Exellent sevice. Good communication
Great online service for Honda VFR 800X parts when competitors site didn't even list the bike. I know where to come next time!
Fowler's supplied parts for my NC750. I always used Fowler's for my parts as I know they can get them.price was on a par with other suppliers.
