After ordering an item that was suppose to be for the bike Fowlers had listed the part for, when it came it was for the complete wrong bike and listed completely wrong on their website. After calling them and highlighting this, originally I was being sent a returns label as per following their returns policy (you must contact fowlers within 7 days and if it is an error on their part they send you a label). To which I never received. After calling a few days later and asking where this label was the man on the phone became rude and patronising and said he would get back in contact with me after he had “reviewed this” for himself. Below and behold no contact from him again, I then rang again to be completely fobbed off by yet another staff member. No one has any customer service or communication skills. I would definitely recommend using Craig’s in Leeds, they are very professional, helpful and stick to policies they have set up!
Yet again these guys came good, from locating ordering and receiving my order everything was easy to follow and professionally handled. Cannot recommend them highly enough thank you.
