No stars if I could. I was moved onto Fraser plus from Studio. It is a company who takes advantage of poorer people who are probably just trying to buy their kids some trainers for school or birthday gifts. It's a total scam and should be illegal to charge people interest at that rate. I tried to pay my account off early and was told that it would not put the payment towards my balance and id still have to pay the interest. I also think I'm paying interest on a purchase that was refunded to the account which is crazy. I am learning that all these companies are best avoided. VERY too is interest hungry. If you're desperate to buy something with not good credit options and can reliably make payment plans I would say use someone like klarna or zilch instead. I wouldn't tell anyone to use Fraser plus EVER. Their app and website layouts are not transparent so it's difficult to understand what you owe and where. It's really a poor company. It should probably be investigated. Don't use!
I am grateful, but it is impossible to use at stores (specialist sport direct at Greenwich they're very racist as well)as they required Passport and a Driving Licence as a proof of ID and then they ask for you utility bill as approve address so that’s why I haven’t used it for quite while thank you জুনেদ আহমেদ
I’m not sure where to start. I’ve had the worst experience with Fraser plus from the very beginning. Not only did they try to push you away from their company and back onto the company that actually supplied you your goods ,their service advisors are absolutely awful. I’ve returned 5 to 7 different items back to them. They said they never receive them they never offered once offered me a refund. They never once offered to help. They send you one email and when you replied to it nobody else replies after a year of just the worst awful service that I’ve ever had in my life . I had one young lady come back to me after a year of hell,by the name of Tina butler who solved all my problems straight away she was absolutely amazing. They need more service advisors like her instead of sending you over to foreign countries where the service advisors that cannot speak English very well and really do not want to do their job correctly. Avoid Frasers plus all costs you may as well not ask for any help whatsoever or you may as well just throw your money down the drain because the service you get there is absolutely absolutely disgusting. Have told my friends and my family never to use that company. I have been to social media, I have put it on there as well. I just hope nobody else goes through what I went through and if there’s anybody reading this please AVOID AT ALL COSTS !!
Rubbish customer service
Made a purchase in store and was asked to sign up for a Frasers account which gives you points when you shop just like tesco. Assistant also advised that you can get refunds rather than credit notes. She gave me something to scan which took me straight to the site and I filled in the questions. I thought some of the questions were quite personal for a loyalty card but the girl just smiled. After I had finished, I realised that I had signed up for a credit card which I didn't want. I complained and the assistant apologised and said she should have been clearer. She said don't worry though it's just like Clarna. I don't use anything like that and feel very mislead.
Constantly unable to log in. The AI help engine is no help whatsoever. Shocking service every time.
If I could give minus I would! Awful app, they said it was a reward account not a dodgy credit agreement. I paid my £135 in full 10 mins after setting up, no reward on account but £60 of interest and 36 months of paying for something I have already paid!! Now trying to close the account but have interest to pay apparently, I will contact FCA about this, absolutely appalling, now can I have interest for something I paid?! Customer services is dreadful, DO NOT take this out..it has now cost me money to open and close!

Avoid Avoid Avoid!! The worst company ever !! They do not protect your money they suck your money. Run as far as you can from them ... unfortunately I checked reviews too late but as soon as pay them closing balance forever !! Customers service shit !
2nd Update- customer service couldn't fix the problem and get me back into my account. So advised I would have to fill in a new application form. I've had my account with Studio for almost 20 years I placed just one order with FraserPlus and was later kicked out of the account. I'm Thankful my balance was zero. After an offer of £20 for the inconveinience which I refused. I'm now waiting for confirmation that my account has been closed as requested. Update -Initially I spent almost an hour trying to sort this whilst on the phone with customer services. I am still waiting for this to be resolved. Apparently it has been escalated further, this was 2 weeks ago. I've done everything they asked. I've tried the app on 4 separate devices. Ive reinstalled my email software, deleted cookies, and uninstalled and reinstalled the app as instructed. Tried 2 mobiles and 2 laptops all up to date, 2 of the device's only a year old, so not a device age issue. Personally I think its an issue with the app looking at the other ratings on here it doesn’t seem to be a me issue. I have run out of options and still await a resolution as after all this, when I click 'forgot passcode' I still dont recieve the email to allow me to reset it. - 1 star, locked out of the account for weeks. Customer Service can't help me get back in. My passcode doesn't work ( I havent changed it), the email it's supposed to send for me to change it doesn't come. I'm stuck with an account I can't use. Pointless.
Appauling customer service. Has taken 2 weeks and still not sorted my issue, keep getting different people reply via email, nobody seems to look at ither conversations so I end up repeating myself. Had an issue with a payment going to be missed so gave them a week in advance notice so I could sort it, its now been almost 2 extra weeks past this and stoll wasn't sorted and kept getting emails saying I owe money all because they take their time and didnt bither getting back to me in a legal manner usually most places habe 1-2 weeks to sort things but this has gone past this and just makes it all feel fraudulent and that they dont care about their clients or anyone who deals with them. Honestly the worst finance payment scheme going , would not recommend to anyone.
I had a great experience with Studio, but since my account was transferred to this company, it’s been extremely frustrating. I’ve never missed a payment, yet my credit limit is frequently changed without clear explanation. On top of that, they apply unusual payment plans to purchases, which seem to increase the amount of interest you end up paying. It feels unnecessarily complicated and unfair. If my account hadn’t been transferred, I wouldn’t have chosen to use this company. I will be closing my account as soon as possible. I would not recommend signing up—there are better and more transparent companies available.
Awful company to deal with, direct debit wasn’t set up despite me doing everything my end. Tries to set me up on a long term plan so I would end up paying interest. Charges me £12 as they did not take the direct debit payment. I decided I wanted to pay off my whole balance just to be shot of them and it was so difficult to do. It took me roughly 30 mins going round in circles on the ai bot. It was very difficult to see how much I still owed. Total sham of a company just trying to get you caught up in a credit loop. Criminals I reckon!
Bad service, just use klarna
Had a studio account which was brilliant, loved the company never missed a payment then these robbers take over and think they can put hundreds on your interest 🤔 yea Well don't think so, you can sing for my money cause your getting nothing, I'll take the default out if principal. How can this be correct they need investigated, but by the looks of things with their reviews they are not gonna be around for long as people are not stupid or that gullible to be robbed. Good luck with your business cause your going to need it
