Really great delivery, well informed on timing, polite and helpful staff.
This company is not great at delivering on time. I received a phone call and text message to say my delivery would arrive at 7am. I did not receive any phone calls or texts until 9am and then items were delivered at 9:30am. Delivery drivers needed lots of instructions as to where to deliver the items. Won't be using again.

The delivery of some heavy large parcels was great! On time well early so not waiting around all day, helpful guys, respectful no faults with delivery. A big problem with communication before hand. I waited 6 days before I rang them as there was no dispatch details on my parcels. 50 minutes in a queue later and they booked me a date/time slot to deliver. They never mentioned before that you needed to ring up and book a delivery time. Very poor.

It took 10 days between being advised you had my item to it being delivered. Once advised of delivery date and time all went smoothly and well informed. Arrived on time and very polite staff.
Delivery was late although a call we had, consequently we had to change our evening plans.

The delivery person notified me on the morning when delivery due & arrived within that timespan. It was in the morning still early but I was greeted with an huge smile. Very polite, professional, smiley person delivered.
Goods were picked up from the warehouse on a Tuesday, delivery was then scheduled for a Friday then cancelled on the day after taking time off work, finally got delivered on the Monday, shop promised delivery for the Wednesday or Thursday,
