Poor communication on delivery day and 72 in que when we rang up for more information. Delivery date was 4days after the original date we was told when ordered. Delivery drivers struggled to find the address and told me I was wasting there time over the phone because of this. Even after clear instructions was given and I was waiting out on the street. Delivered the boxes into the property safely with no issues.
Had message giving estimate time then had a call saying how long they would be. Deliver on time and brought the chair into kitchen

Very poor service given 3 delivery dates which I took time off work so I was in,only for on morning of delivery I got a text to say there was a delay not recommended using this company

The deliverers from Furdeco had to deliver 3 pieces of furniture for me, to an upstairs bedroom. One piece in particular was large and extremely heavy, the guys were polite and friendly and got it up the stairs albeit no carry handles to aid them. Extremely grateful to them! Thank you!
