Fast delivery! Everything ok
I ordered a smartphone on 13th of December. However after 3 weeks there is no even shipping. I contacted several times with the costumer representation and they told they will contact with the supplier. Today I had a phone call with them last time. Finally they told me the same thing, but also she told me that they havent contacted to the supplier. Excuse me, but you were saying last two weeks, each time, that you will contact with supplier but you havent yet?. I immediately cancelled my order. Galaxus seems a good website, but there is lots of scam prices and products. The price of the mobile phone was 50€ cheaper then the other websites, and probably they did not want to sell the smartphone in this price. I was desparately waiting the smartphone for 3 weeks. Stay away.

Absolutely thrilled with my recent monitor purchase from Galaxus.at! Delivery to Vienna was incredibly fast – just 3 days after ordering. I really appreciated the updates at each step of the process. Plus, the packaging was super secure.
I placed an order back in February and their online platform promised a 4-5 day delivery time. Despite waiting patiently, almost three month later, my order has yet to arrive. I called the company today to request a cancellation and refund, but even after doing so, I haven't received any email notification confirming the cancellation. This whole experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing, and it has left me with no doubt that I will never order from them again. It's just not worth it when they're so unreliable.
I placed an order 20.11.2023. with promised delivery date 6-9 of December. It doesn't arrived. 11-th of December I contacted support service, and they simply said that my article was sold out. Nobody cared to send money back or at least notify me. Totally not recommended.
Recently bought LG 27GP850P-B gaming monitor from Galaxus at the best price. It was delivered extremely fast and in perfect condition. Monitor is nice and working superbly. Galaxus website is also very safe and user-friendly. I would like to use Galaxus more frequently in the future.
