There have been times when my monitor has gone off in error as I had not realized something had knocked it. I have always had a quick response from Galaxy and have never been made to feel bad that this has happened. If there had been a reason to phone the call was answered by a person.
The product was delivered as ordered and was easy to set up. We had to be transferred to the office for the initial "new customer" contact. Apart from that all went well.
Ordered an At Home system with a base station for my Mum. Response to questions before purchase were answered swiftly and effectively. Ordering was easy online, system arrived within days. Problem, for my Mum's purposes, was pendant only communicates one way. You need to be at the base station to hear the call centre response and even next to the base the sound was loud and very distorted. Phoned Galaxy to ask for a trade to 2 way pendant with gps and fall detection. No problem, bill adjusted, sent base station back, got new pendant in 2 days. Mum happy. Only reason 4 stars not 5 is need for clearer understanding of base station limitation in description and some confusing and incorrect instructions in the first time setup - what battery does the pendant use, etc. But company responses were very good.
I had never had a reason to call for the service as yet,however I realize tis a good thing to have just in case I have an emergency I only used it once to check how it work .life saver .
I have never had an experience yet since getting my device l do find that it is very sensitive at times and even the slightest bump will set it off l have had quite a few times that have accidentally pushed the button if l am undoing or prying off a lid l don’t realize l am pushing against it Then l have to hold the button and chat with the lady Very satisfied
I have found the Galaxy life line to be reliable. It has only been a bit annoying when Galaxy calls me when there is a power outage and I can't do anything about it. Thank you, Pat Hodge
Side Button. If it's possible, maybe the side button could be bigger or easier to depress. I have no other comments at this time.

My Daughter bought me this equipment and it works well to react to my movements. I haven't had an emergency yet but have more peace of mind with it on my wrist.
