Be careful. Make sure you watch your credit card. They bill for renewals without invoicing first. And the amount charged was wrong last time.
The device came quite fast. It also reminds me when to charge it
Overall the system worked well except for the pull cord on the Wall-Mounted Voice Extender. The first two times it was tested, it did not connect to the Response Centre. On the third test , it initally worked but during the call, the speaker cut out and I had to move to the primary speaker console to complete the call. I reported the issue to Galaxy and they are sending me a new Wall-Mounted Voice Extender, but not before telling me "this never happens" and that this is the first time they have had to replace one. Translation: 'I'm sure there is nothing wrong with the Voice Extender. You must be using it incorrectly.'

Always great service
On February 2, while unloading groceries from my car, I slipped and fell on my back on the garage floor. There was not a peep from the device although at other times it has claimed to have detected a fall when I put it on the table too quickly. Fortunately, I was not injured.
The annual renewal went smoothly but I would prefer to get an email telling me the renewal is coming up. Many companies do this to notify their customers about a month before the charges come through.

Things are going ok but I do not like getting a email every month or it seems like every week asking how you are doing please don't ask me to tell you how good you are I have had no problems with your company but if I have to send a note and give a star to you so often I will think otherwise. If it is to remind me to phone I will try to do better.

Disappointed in the Heart Accuracy numbers
No complaint on when phoning in for information but do have concern on reliability of fall detection consistency. Usually wear detection device on my belt and when device accidentally dropped on floor there is not always a response inquiring if I need help.
I cancelled the service same day . That went smoothly but I have not received the credit back on my CC . Billing was 22 December.
