Good service and friendly representatives
I'm 82 and live alone. I have taken a few falls previously, but nothing serious so far. I'm also still active and go out shopping and for long walks. The smart watch with voice communication and GPS is perfect for me. Knowing help, if I need it, is close at hand is reassuring.
You answers to all our enquiries were responded to quickly and in terms us 'old folk' could easily understand. The watch seems to be of good quality and it has added a sense of security to our lives.
Call centre is responsive and professional
Been just ok. Thought we set up for use in USA and the new SIM card Never showed up. So 3 months without use of it while still paying for the service.
It was a false alarm and it is also the first week my mother has had the device. The customer service specialist was very patient explaining how things work and what the proper procedure is for when there is a false alarm. Very helpful.
Fortunately, we have not had to use Galaxy in an emergency situation. But on several occasions (most often by a PSW dropping the signal button) we have set off the alarm inadvertently. In every case there has been an immediate response from Galaxy, and we are able to tell them on the resultant phone call that there is not an emergency. It is reassuring to know that we would get prompt action from Galaxy if needed.
The company was easy to find out what you need to know as well as their staff; they went above & beyond to help with things and the watch is amazing I feel like a normal person 😊 it was touch & go at first but I am overly happy with it & I thank Chris for amazing support and help 😊
