As a bariatric patient who lost an extreme amount of weight in a short period of time, I’ve struggled with a lot of sagging skin, especially in my breasts. Finding a bra that actually fits and supports me without gaps, slipping, or spilling out has been incredibly difficult. Cherries Bras has been amazing. Their customer service was fantastic and helped me find the right size after I had an issue with my first order. Now I finally have bras that fit properly — no gaps in the cups when I bend over, and no worrying about my boobs falling out. I honestly wish I had found these bras sooner. They are awesome and have made such a huge difference for me.

Although it took a few tries to get the correct fit, I am thoroughly enjoying my new Office Elegance bras. These are the first bras I have owned without a wire, and I am impressed with the lift and support they give, while still being very comfortable. I had to exchange my original size, as the band was too loose. The customer service at cherries was absolutely wonderful. They were quick to respond to my concerns, and more than happy to assist me and make sure that I was happy with my purchase.
I had a very positive experience with Cherries. The first bra I ordered didn’t fit quite right, but after I contacted customer service about returning it, I received a friendly response very quickly. They kindly offered to send me a second bra free of charge and even told me I could keep the first one. The communication was warm, helpful, and uncomplicated throughout the whole process. Great customer service and a very generous solution — I really appreciated it.
Very good customer service! Unfortunately, most of the bra styles didn't fit so I reached out and they were quick to respond and helpful. I'm still waiting for the new ones to dispatch, but hopefully this week. The one bra that did fit fits well and is comfortable.
Sadly I ordened the wrong size so the bra I ordened didn't fit at all, but that was my fault. Costumer service was extremely helpfull tho and arranged a costumized solution for me. I wish the return process would be made simpler but again, I'm very happy with the costumer service. The quality of the non-fitting bra seemed pretty good 👍

Great experience with returns/exchanges. When I requested an EXCHANGE they offered a full REPLACEMENT of my order and no extra cost to me! Extremely satisfied with Cherries so far. Excellent customer service experience.
I ordered 5 bras on 16/04/26 and they arrived on 05/05/26. I was truly excited but unfortunately 4 of the bras didn't fit. But I did really love the 5th bra so I contacted Getfitcherries on the same day to request an exchange of the bras so I could have 4 more of the ones I really liked. After a few confusing emails they advised I could not do an exchange but could apply for a return and refund of the bras I did not want. My return was subsequently turned down and I complained again. On 12/05/26 I received the following email Your return request with reference RE-****-***? for order #****** has been approved. The items do not need to be returned to us. We can process the return for you without a return shipment. You will receive a message from us once the return has been processed further. View return Why do I not need to return the items? Returns have a relatively large impact on the environment. At Fitcherries we think sustainability is an important issue, which is why we examine for each return whether it is ecologically responsible to return it. Best regards, Fitcherries I was delighted with this outcome and was going to order the bras I wanted when I received the refund. However on accessing the link it was a different story - they wanted me to return the bras to the Netherlands (I am in the UK). Aswell as paying the postage I would have to pay the customs fees. I have queried why they have given me contrary advise but they are insisting on a return to the Netherlands now. I have now read other reviews where returned items have not been received. It is really hard work dealing with this company and I really regret having sent in my order.
I haven't worn bras for years for the simple reason they never fit...sticking to sports tops or bralets.. I was sceptical when I found this site...but I am so glad I did...the bras are so thoughtfully designed for a small bust I absolutely love them!...the customer service is also on point...I ordered 5 bras but 2 styles wernt quite right... They sorted and solved the issue within days...I'm just waiting for my replacements for those two but so far using cherries has been an amazing experience from the start!
Really excited to try these bras as lingerie shopping has never been anything I’ve looked forward to! My favourite is the 24/7 push up bra which is so comfortable and a great fit. The customer service was very helpful in arranging a replacement for the bras which didn’t fit and I would definitely buy from them again. Postage is a little slower than expected as I hadn’t realised that they were based on the Netherlands but customer service kept me updated throughout.
I placed my first order and was so excited to try my bras on! I unfortunately needed a bigger size but my experience with customer service is what totally made me fall in love with this brand. I got a quick response and they offered to replace for the correct size after doing a questionnaire to figure out my perfect fit!! Product was great, but customer service was even better!!
I was so happy to finally find bras that fit my smaller size. I've tried a few different brands before, but the GetFitCherries have been the best. I was able to get an exchange for a bra that was too small. My experience with customer service was very positive. They responded quickly to my questions and issue.
I was a bit nervous ordering bras online as I often have trouble finding a bra that fits in stores, but was recommended to try cherries for their smaller band sizes and I am super impressed! I ordered a 3 pack, 2 of which I love with my favorite being the date night. I am so excited to order more to replace all the ill fitting bras I have been dealing with for years! I saw a couple people complain about shipping time, but I am in the US and I know they are overseas and I got my bras in about a week so I have no complaints!
