Excellent customer service

This company, Cherries, is TOP NOTCH in customer service!! I had a minor issue with fit on my 1st order and asked to exchange. They responded to my email within 24 hours. I had to fill out a quick return/exchange form, sent it back to them along with what I wanted to exchange for, and again had a response back within 24 hours and they have/had already started the process of sending me the exchange item, and then told me to keep the original item to pass along for someone else to enjoy. It was the cut of the cup shape that didn't keep my mature, loose skin breast's from spilling out the middle. I can't wait to recieve my new item and then purchase more. The original item is beautiful and soft.

Cherries is wonderful

I love my new Cherries bras

I love my new Cherries bras. Finally a bra that fits smaller busts. No gaps. No sliding. Fits well and stays put. Had a small problem with an underwire coming out. I notified the company and got a very quick response. They were apologetic and acted immediately to correct the matter. Going to order more bras.

Best bras I have ordered

Best bras I have ordered. They are super comfy and they fit really nice. They give you a push up affect without being big and bulky padding. I ordered one bra in the wrong size and the customer service was so helpful and got my ordered sorted so quickly. Will be ordering more bars from cherries.

I ordered a few bras

I ordered a few bras, was very pleased with them. I was having a hard time finding the right fit. Great customer service. I had to exchange some of them for a different size, which they were more than happy to help with.

Great customer service

The first set of bras I received (date night) were too small, I did not want a refund but asked for an exchange which was quickly sorted by the customer care team who sent out a new set after helping me get the correct size. Impressed with the customer services and how they responded and helped so quick. I am awaiting my new set however I am sure these will be great. The set I originally had was great quality and looked lovely

Great customer service and quick delivery

The size I ordered didn’t fit, but I got help from the customer service and they posted me a better size. Delivery was quick and the whole process went smoothly. The bra I ordered for my daughter fitted well for her. I think I’ll try the swimsuit now that I know which size is good for me.

Great customer service

All the items I ordered were of great quality, but sadly didn’t fit. It also took a while for my order to arrive. Fortunately, the Customer service was quick to respond and offered me to keep the items and sent me a replacement free of charge. All in all it was a great experience and I will definitely order again.

Excellent customer service

I ordered the wrong bra size by not measuring correctly. The team at Cherries took the time to go back and forth with me on the specifics of my measurements and how I want my bras to fit. Now I'm getting sent the correct size with no additional charges.

i was very excited to try bras from…

i was very excited to try bras from cherries and they certainly did not disappoint! i hadn’t realized the issues i had with cup gaps with previous bras until i tried cherries bras and saw how much better they fit. the material is very soft and comfortable. i did have to exchange two bras because i ordered different sizes to properly gauge which size would fit me best, but the process was very smooth, and the support team is very helpful and understanding. cherries is absolutely worth it if you’re small chested and looking for a durable, comfortable, and flattering bras. i’ve already recommended it to a few friends!

Scam website

I ordered a bra on 27 April and it didn’t arrive until 8 May. Their returns policy says Returns have to be made within 14 days of ordering. It took 11 of those days for them to send my order! On Sunday 10 May, I used their message facility to request a return (as advised by their support) and I also took the opportunity to complain about the delivery time and the bra which didn’t fit. There was no indication of the bra size on either it or the attached labels. So how is anyone to know what size they sent? After sending the completed form, a message said I could expect to receive a reply within 48 hours. It is now over 70 hours and I still haven’t received a reply. There is no way I can return the bra now within the specified 14 days! This company is a scam. AVOID at all costs. I will fight tooth and nail to get my money back.

99% Confident Site is a SCAM.

At this point, I'm 99% confident 'getfitcherries' is a scam. ***As a disclaimer, the following review is long, with copied email exchanges... however, I share this in hopes that maybe the next potential customer won't make the mistakes I made, or have the experience I did. ---------- My experience began when purchasing from the website on March 10th... somewhere in the neighborhood of $200 worth of merchandise (bras and a bathing suit in 2 different orders) for my wife who's birthday was coming up. Upon attempting to return the items, the response from "Renebeth" I received was as follows. >Thank you so much for reaching out, and for explaining your situation—we truly appreciate it. We completely understand, especially since the items were a birthday gift for your wife. We’re sorry to hear that they didn’t fit as expected, and we appreciate you taking the time to contact us. To be fully transparent, we’re able to assist with the return for Order #******. However, for Order #******, it has already passed the 14-day return window period. As much as we would love to make an exception, we do need to strictly follow our system and return policy. We truly appreciate your understanding, {name}, and we’re here to help guide you through the return process for the eligible order. Please feel free to let us know if you’d like assistance with the next steps. ---------- After SEVERAL back-and-forth correspondence via email with "Renebeth", the point reached was that 1 order I had (bras) was past the 14 day return window and 1 order (bathing suit) was still eligible. When moving forward with the return process, the following was what I received: >Thank you for completing our Exchange & Return Form. We understand you don’t wish to try Cherries again, and we want to make this process as smooth as possible for you. Since we don’t yet have a return warehouse close to your location, sending items back can be quite costly — return shipping labels usually range from $20–35 USD, and the full return process can take around 14–20 days from shipping to completed refund. To save you the hassle and expense, we can offer you two alternatives to choose from: Store Credit for the full value of your purchase, which you can use anytime in the future. You might even consider gifting the bras to a friend or family member and keeping the value to spend on yourself later. OR A 20% refund on your entire order, without the need to return the products. You can gift the items to someone else who might enjoy them, while still receiving partial compensation from us. 👉 Please let us know which option you’d like to proceed with. If you’d still prefer to return your order to us, just let us know and we’ll provide the return instructions. IMO, it's only a matter of time before they run across the wrong customer and are faced with a lawsuit... but personally, I just don't have time for pursuing small claims court. For anyone who has had the same experience as myself, know that you can file a 'chargeback claim' with your credit card company. All that said, be warned... and proceed at your own risk & discretion.

Love it

I love cherries so much. They have the only bras that properly fit me and the quality is so good. The customer service when I reached out for assistance was also very helpful.
