I was at the dollar tree in cross city FL, today and there was 4 older ladies laughing and cutting up. I told one of them I was ready. All I heard was ill be there in a min. Waited and they still was laughing. I've never been in a store we're people were so rude. But, I tried to be bice and when she came up there I said hi how is your day. I got a grunt from her then a well you can see we are putting out freight but, have to keep running up front. I told her I'm sorry I just needed a broom handle and a few things. I told her maybe dollar tree could hire paint stalkers to help out. Again in a rude voice I get well what do you call me doing. All I said was have a good day, and thank you.

I bought a 3 gift cards from you for Zalando and paid for this on my credit card. However, I was charged £12.21, £3.60 and £1.08 in card transaction fees which meant that any savings I got from you was more than taken away because of these charges. If I’d just have purchased directly from Zalando, I would have paid less so it was a waste of time buying gift cards from you. You also didn’t inform customers that this charge would occur which is disingenuous! I use Hapi all the time to buy my gift cards using my credit card and never have this problem. No doubt someone will reply with something disingenuous to say that you’ve sorted the problem but don’t believe it when they say it!

Fast and efficient customer service when there was an issue with a gift card.
Did not receive gift card because it says i have to verify my ID but support is not answering.
WARNING: I purchased a Zalando gift card, and the funds were immediately withdrawn. My only confirmation was an instruction to "contact customer support." This is highly suspicious and looks like a scam. My money is gone, and I have no gift card. This is causing a major headache, and if it isn't resolved, I'll be forced to involve the bank and the police. Terrible, worrying process.

I paid for a gift card, and it was supposed to be sent within 30 minutes, and I haven’t received anything a couple of hours later…
