Solved my issue within hours, I’m very happy with the service.
I order Zalando Giftcards. After the checkout it says please contact our support The support does not reply. I got charged but didnt get my Giftcard
I purchased a Zalando gift card through Gifted expecting to use it alongside another, as the Zalando checkout showed an “add another gift card” option. Nowhere on Gifted’s site was it clearly stated that a transaction limit would prevent this. The restriction was buried in linked T&Cs, not made obvious before purchase. When I asked for a refund, they refused — despite the card being unusable for its intended purpose. Customer service was dismissive and took no accountability. Very disappointing experience. Not student-friendly despite being listed on UNiDAYS.
Bought a gift card, after the purchase i need to verify that i bought it. They dont send the gift card and the customer support is not helpful and does not answer in a appropriate time. Feels like a scam to me. *Edit 24.06.2025: Customer service took 21 hours to answer my request. They want me to send screenshots of my payment. Still no giftcard. Do the checks before you take the money. Edit 27.06.2025: Customer support does not answer anymore after I sent them proof of payment.
do not order from here they take your money but you don't get a gift card in return so you are basically being scammed
