upon arrival I had a text saying unfortunately my taxi had been cancelled no explanation. 3 weeks on im still awaiting my refund...email after email sent one line replies no real explanation time to do a charge back with my bank. AVOID SHOCKING company
Good service, very prompt with short notice
It’s a shame that I have to write this review, as I very rarely leave negative feedback — especially being a business owner myself, I understand that delays and issues can sometimes happen. However, my experience with this company has been extremely disappointing. Since February, I have completed multiple jobs for them, all with satisfied customers, yet I have not received a single payment. They currently owe me thousands of pounds. Initially, I was repeatedly told that payments would be made after 30 business days, so I continued accepting work in good faith. After that period passed, I was then told there were “technical issues” causing delays. Now, almost 4 months later, I am still waiting, with little to no communication or resolution. I have since stopped accepting jobs from them due to the ongoing non-payment. It is very unfortunate because I genuinely believed we could have built a good long-term business relationship. Sadly, my experience has been the complete opposite. I would strongly advise drivers and operators to be cautious before committing to work without receiving reliable payment.

DO NOT USE. SCAMMERS This company are obviously scammers. I booked a ride, had it confirmed then the driver messaged wanting more cash. I contacted Get Tranfer who said they would find another driver. They then offered the same driver but at double the cost and no refund. Contacted them again for explanation but jut getting standard AI “ a manager is reviewing and will get back to you” Looks like I have lost my money and will find a more reputable ride company to use.
The company does not pay the drivers for the rides ,,,,,don’t give them your credit cards .
an unreliable transfer company you will be in tender hooks till the driver reaches you to pick one up within the 6 to 3 hours driver do not answer the call and they will cancel the drive and get transfer offers a refund at that hour then you run for your self for your destination beware in booking with get transfer
First time using the app. Had three or four options, accepted the one most highly rated. Arrived after long international flights from Canada and the driver was a no show, no contact, nothing. In the meantime, you’re still investigating and asking me to provide ratings.
