The driver that I ordered never showed up! When I finally contacted him, he said the company Get Transfer only alerted him 5 minutes ago about the trip, and he's an hour away from the airport! So I had to take a cab for a little more expansive. When I called the company Get Transfer, they said they can only give me a credit!!! WTH?! They screwed up royally, I'm not asking for a present or something, I'm asking to refund me my money that you took!! So not use them, it's not worth the aggravation!

What a hocus pocus company is this. There is no telephone no you can contact them on so impersonal and unprofessional!! I booked a trip and in there platform the year on the return date changed to 2027 and now they will not give me a refund and it’s all automated by a stupid automated system. What is this world becoming of these companies that are allowed to steal your hard earned money F joke Then you can’t even call them as they hide from one on one. Don’t use this trash company as they just take your hard earned cash and F you around. -10 points for this get transfer 🤬🤮🤮
