Gofo is the worst delivery carrier. They can't walk up to home but can leave package in driveway on ground to get damage or stolen. There customer service is a joke. Company need to stop using this carrier.
In all my years I have never had a stolen package. My package was "delivered" at my door at around 5pm and my brother came right after to retrieve it sound 5:30pm. It was nowhere to be found. My apartment is not easy to spot from those walking by. In fact, you need to go around different corners and up steps to get to it. People don't steal packages around my neighborhood. I'm certain that the delivery driver took a picture of my package and then just stole it right after. I contacted the company and they put in an investigation. They told me the next day that they couldn't help me because there was proof of delivery. Now, I've filed a police report and hope I can at least get my money back because both the seller and delivery company are passing me back and forth and refusing to compensate me for my loss.
This company hires the biggest idiots to deliver. I can get order three different times in a month and one of those times they couldn't deliver it. And I'll get a message saying "it's out for delivery" But yet take 2 to 5 days to actually deliver it.
Worst delivery service ever. Do not use this company. This has been the worst delivery experience I’ve ever had. My package did not arrive on the scheduled delivery date. Every time I contacted customer support, they kept giving me the same empty promise: 'It has been dispatched and will arrive today.' However, the package never showed up. I needed these items specifically for my upcoming trip, and because of their constant lies and delays, I didn't receive them in time. Their service is completely unreliable and irresponsible. Avoid this company at all costs
I star is too much. This delivery service is a bunch of complete idiots. Who have no idea of how to deliver something. I received an email telling me that my package was delivered. I searched the front of house, back of house and even the mailbox. No package. I send this group an email of where is my package. I get a lame excuse and a picture of a shed in my back yard. That shed is behind another shed and a fence. The house perfectly visisable. But they found an old shed in my back yard. Were they scoping my yard out to steal something? Terrible so called service. I wont be able to check the backyard until daylight to see if it is there. But whoever supposedly delivered my package is a complete moron! Never again will I buy from the company who uses this group.

This is a horrible delivery service. I have yet to receive a package that is not damaged. I have had multiple items within the package bent or damaged. They have miss delivered my packages to a completely different street. They throw packages and leave them on the street where the wind blows them all over the neighborhood instead of driving an extra 50 feet to put it on my porch. Unfortunately I will no longer order anything that involves GOFO delivery. This is not a one time problem, it is an every time problem.
Do I have to give a star? Terrible. They claim my address is undeliverable, yet I receive packages daily? I call and it takes several attempts to get someone on the phone because they don’t recognize their own tracking number. Good luck getting someone on the phone. Finally get someone and give them specific instructions and the option to leave it in the mailbox. Well, they sent it back to the sender? Did not even attempt redelivery Absolutely awful
GOFO SLOW OR NEVER!! is what they should be called. My first experience receiving a package by the worst company I've ever had to deal with. They claim multiple delivery attempts but NO attempts actually made, they have been doing it for over a week and I still don't have my package and don't know if I ever will. Their policy for next delivery is in 3 business days in the same town where the package sits in a warehouse until they find a driver, they don't seem to have any drivers actually employed by the company. Packages cannot be picked up either, and no one knows where the warehouse is, if that doesn't show lack of concern for their customers I don't know what does. Their customer service starts with an AI that is so fake sounding that it calls the tracking number "trackening" and when you talk to a person they have no ability to communicate with warehouses or any part of the so called company. the horror stories you read online are definitely true. I will never buy from a business using this scam!
The worst customer service I have ever received over the phone. Managers don't call back, the drivers will lie and say they attempted delivery when they didn't. I will never order anything that will be shipped by this company. BEWARE THEY ARE THE WORSE.
If I could give this company a zero I would..Deliver my package in the box, took a picture of the package then forgot to leave the key in my box so I could retrieve my package. I call customer service and they're the worse. I haven't sent anyone back out to unlock the box and exleast try to deliver to my door or leave the small key that goes to the deliver box in my mailing box so I can get my package. It's been days! Nothing..not even a email regarding my issue or saying we apologize. Now, I will have to file a complaint and refund. This company should go out of business and shouldn't be around.
Worst delivery service ever they will give you no updates until days after item is shipped out and then will tell you item is out for delivery and then you still won’t receive it their is literally no way to track the package and basically you don’t know when it will be delivered I am so disappointed
I had a couple of Temu deliveries by GOFO with no problems. Then the next two were marked as undelivered. Only real reason is I live rural ant the driver did not want to drive 35 miles.
Gofo is the worst shipping service I have ever dealt with. How these idiots stay in business is beyond me. Out of three packages shipped not a single package made it to me. I have had to get refunds for all three items from ebay. Their customer service is no help and a waste of time. I now have to ask ebay sellers if they use gofo before ordering items. If they use gofo, I do not buy from them and look for another seller who use a real shipping service. If you want to pay to not have your package delivered and have to issue refunds to very angry customers then use gofo because this is exactly what you will get using them.
Tracking said delivered but no photos. Package was certainly not delivered to us. We were in all day and have a ring camera that tells us when someone is near the door. Thankfully vendor resent but too late for when I wanted the item.
