Customer Service

The customer service experience was shitty. There was an incorrect delivery address. I was never contacted about a failure of delivery, either by email or phone. When I did update to the correct address, the first customer service staff stated everything was good and the package would be sent three days later. It never showed up. When I called again, the customer service staff reported the packages were being sent back to the seller after two days after I got off the first call, and I had not been notified. The customer service staff would not transfer me to a supervisor when I asked. The customer service staff said to contact the seller. The customer service staff blamed me for not giving them the correct information.

Another lost/stolen packages from the last-mile

Unfortunately this company while may have potential, they are simply shooting on their foot by themselves, this company is employing incompetent, silly and even individuals with criminal background as their delivery drivers. They have a notoriously big problem with "lost" packages which is simply a polite word for actual "stolen" packages by either, between their employees and/or due poor delivery, and commonly seen on social media and CCTV. Their useless customer support is mostly a dumb AI robot who blatantly tells you to ask the seller for a "refund" because their package tracking has more than 5-Days without activity, and when you finally reach a Human customer support agent, they are simply helpless and dumb as the AI robots. This incompetence caused me to lost much more than the supposedly "lost" packages, because as we know most companies/employers values their time over anything else if you know what I meant. I usually don't give low feedback and I prefer to not give it at all when a problem arises, but when things becomes more like a routine it is better to alert the rest for good sake. PS I really hope GOFO is reading all this detrimental reviews and change their requirements/politics when employing individuals, thus giving customers further peace of mind and overall safety.

Would give a zero if I could

Would give a zero if I could. Received 2 packages this morning. When I got them off the porch could tell 1 had been opened. Took pictures of package before I opened it. The ring I ordered was gone. Contacted them and followed instructions they gave me to show delivery and missing item. We'll see how it turns out.

If I could give no stars that would be…

If I could give no stars that would be my rating delivery driver left my package in the mailroom where there’s papers posted all over saying “DO NOT LEAVE PACKAGES IN MAILROOM” now my package was stolen because it was delivered to the wrong location even after putting my apartment number and them sending a email saying stay by phone in case driver needs to contact for access

Refused Delivery to Valid Commercial Address

Very disappointing experience with Gofo Express. They refused to deliver a package to a valid commercial street address that receives deliveries from major carriers every day without issue. I made multiple calls to customer service and management trying to resolve the problem, but nobody was helpful or interested in finding a solution. Instead, the package was ultimately returned to the sender. Poor communication, unhelpful support, and a frustrating experience from start to finish.

Lazy and terrible drivers they throw my…

Lazy and terrible drivers they throw my packages over the fence where anyone walking by can pick them up and walk away. My mailbox is only 20ft away from my gate yet every package delivered gets tossed right along my fence absolutely to not recommend.

Terrible service

Their service is horrible! Packages sit at each location for days! A 3-day delivery turns into 10-14 days. When the driver does show up, they're in a demolition derby car. I have no clue how this company is still operating.

If it was possible to give 0 stars I…

If it was possible to give 0 stars I would. I live in a house with open access to it. Absolutely no one showed up to my house and no one tried to deliver my package, I would know since I was in my house all day and I have cameras. The driver refused to deliver my package and now apparently I have to wait 3 business days for my package to get delivered again. This is terrible service
