The delivery driver took a picture of the package and picked up the package and carried it to the truck. I received notification from TikTok with 3 pictures one him holding the package and two pictures on the ground with the picture of the front door. Luckily my neighbor camera caught him doing that. I reached out to the company they kept showing me the pictures that the package was delivered be careful of this carrier
I was scammed! 2 "delivery attempts" and "no access to address "...it's a house, how can you not deliver? Because you aren't a legit company! I won't order from Shein again if they choose GOFO and I'm a faithful Shein customer. I will spread this word far and wide! I'm disgusted. They quit answering my emails once I used the words "fraud" and "scammed".
I ordered a carburetor for my chainsaw. the seller indicated USPS so I bought it they shipped it GOFO the deliverer threw it over my fence. I have a dog and keep the fence closed The dog destroyed the package. I put a box out for UPS or fedex since they have dependable tracking unlike GOFO. They refunded my money. I ordered another USPS and I got GOFO again. Luckily I saw the delivery person and got it. i call GOFO "Ghetto Shipping" It's like uber but now its strangers in strange vehicles pulling up in my driveway. I am dumping Efake and just going to walmart .com and pick it up since I go by the store all the time.
I encountered delivery issues with GOFO with every order. Stating that they cant find the address, even after I received deliveries from them with previous orders. It's like there company locations dont communicate. I had a few packages returned due to there incompetence. Honestly they need to be removed from being a shipping courier.
I’ve had issues with two deliveries now through Gofo Express both through sellers from TikTok Shop. For first delivery, I had to call customer service and get things situated so that the driver would leave it outside my secure door after a delivery failed notification. Second time I still haven’t received my package and I’ve talked to someone 3 different times now and every time a note is sent to the driver about leaving it outside my secure door and the driver still marks it delivery failed. Worst experience ever!!
GOFO continues to leave packages where I can not retrieve them. Working with this company to resolve the issue has been unfruitful. Customer service alludes the problem back to me in their conversation.
Wish I could give them 0 stars… My package went through the shipping process quickly, and I was getting excited at how fast it scanned as “out for delivery.” That was the last scan, almost a month ago. The first time I called to see what was up with the delay, I was told there would be a 2-3 day investigation to see where the package is. Three days later I got a proof of delivery text for a completely different package that was delivered on the other side of the country. So then I call back to get an update, and my phone number is no longer attached to my tracking number! I finally get through to a real person, after many attempts and the automated service hanging up on me because my phone number wasn’t matching what they had on file now, and this man continued to tell me it’s the seller’s fault. No, the seller has all of my correct information and that correct information was originally attached to my tracking number…until I spoke with Gofo the first time. I asked how this could happen, and the customer service rep kept saying it can’t happen. BUT IT DID, and I have proof. This delivery service is a complete scam.
If I could give ZERO stars, I would. I ordered from YEEZY and only 2 out of the 3 items arrived. I’ve seen many reviews of products not delivered by this company and believe my order was compromised during delivery. If you ask them for a solution or request replacement….you get AI responses. I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!

If I could leave no stars I would. I'm not certain why Temu, Printerval and some of the other companies even bother to use this company you never get your packages. They won't deliver to Post Offices,The UPS, FedEx etc. according to customer service they are competition. They will mark that there's a insufficient address when there isn't and then send your package back to sender. I just had that happen with 3 orders. Although I had asked Temu to not use them and if they had to could I be notified so that would be able to cancel since I wouldn't receive my oder dealing with GOFO as the delivery option. Absolutely a horrible delivery service that needs to be shut down right away.
This carrier should receive ZERO STARS. They refuse to Deliver to Military Bases or even hand deliver outside the bases. Yet they still take on packages that can’t deliver and hold on to them for awhile so an individual can’t get a refund.

Criminal actually . Package arrived with 2 slits one at each end of the package and item was removed from the packaging so basically I received an empty bag. Delivery person had the nerve to take an up close pic of the package clearly showing the flat bag with openings . With all these neg reviews BBB needs to be involved why are they still operating ?!
If I could give negative stars I would. I have a bright red sign that the driver literally has to step over. The sign says: ALL DELIVERIES PLEASE PLACE PACKAGE BEHIND PILLAR RING BELL. THANK YOU I have called at least 4 times now to complain. I had a package stolen n it was not an item that could be reordered. So I called again today to complain. I actually caught the driver before he ran away n I literally showed him where to please place the package. He didn't speak much English. 🙄🙄 HOW can they get a delivery job if they CAN'T SPEAK OR READ ENGLISH???
I would give no stars if I could. Their drivers are thieves and their customer service department has terrible skill. They called to follow up on the package their driver stole and he tells me I need to chill while also telling me I need to provided proof….idk why shein would switch to using such a poor company with bad reviews.
