Cohen was very helpful not pushy at all and very friendly and respectful
Shakira was very helpful I had Questions she answered promptly . We had a very good discussion about my circumstances and was happy with the result.

The insurance was explained to me fully without any frills attached which I appreciated. I am happy with the choice that I made.
