My experience here was negative. They are not reliable. I deposited with ease and to get paid has been difficult, they always come up with different excuses and till date I haven't been paid. Avoid them.
Not a transparent broker, and it was never like that in the beginning, i hope they can work on their effiency and be like primeledger,because i believe investor deserves the best.

If GTCFX truly operates with strict compliance and takes client concerns seriously, then I expect a clear and time-bound resolution, not repeated delays and copy-paste responses. I am extremely disappointed and shocked by the fraudulent tactics of GTCFX. I requested to close my account with a balance of $9.33 (933 USC). Instead of returning my money, they disabled my MT5 account. First, they emailed me asking for a $10 deposit to "enable" the account. When I confronted them, they changed their story, lied that they never asked for $10, and now they are demanding a $50 deposit just to activate the account. This is a clear trap to steal more money from traders. A regulated broker must settle the balance during account closure regardless of minimum limits. GTCFX is intentionally holding my funds and providing contradictory information in every email. Do not trust this broker with your hard-earned money. They are scammers who target small accounts! POINT B (The $10 Extortion): GTCFX manually disabled the MT5 account and demanded a $10 deposit to "enable" it (Ref: Screenshot 20260421-164437). POINT C (The $50 Escalation): GTCFX now denies the $10 demand and requires a $50 deposit to activate the account (Ref: Screenshot 20260423-092827). 3. TECHNICAL MALPRACTICE REPORT The MT5 Terminal for account 6255007 explicitly displays "Trading disabled on server." This is a manual server-side block applied by the broker. Furthermore, GTCFX is using portal withdrawal limits ($10) as a pretext to lock the client's $9.33 balance, refusing to process a manual settlement. 4. REGULATORY NON-COMPLIANCE International brokerage regulations mandate that upon account closure, all remaining equity must be returned to the client. Demanding "activation deposits" to release existing profits is a violation of financial ethics and transparency laws. 5. FINAL SETTLEMENT INSTRUCTIONS I refuse all demands for further deposits. I have had a very disappointing experience with GTCFX or Global Capital Companyover the past 3 months. The execution quality is extremely poor. Every time you place a buy stop or sell stop order, there is consistent slippage of around 18 cents, which is unacceptable. Even stop loss execution is unreliable, with around 8–9 cents slippage on both buy and sell positions. It feels like the system is designed to work against traders rather than provide fair market conditions. There are also thousands of pending cases reported by clients, yet the support team provides no proper solutions—only delayed or generic replies with no resolution. This level of service is highly concerning, and it raises serious questions about transparency and fairness. If this continues, I believe regulatory authorities such as the UAE government or Securities and Commodities Authority may eventually need to investigate. Overall, a very frustrating experience. I strongly advise traders to be cautious before dealing with this company.

I introduced a client who deposited USD 1,000,000 in November 2025 with GTC FX. The agreed commission was 6%, of which 3% was paid, but the remaining 3% (USD 28,500) has been pending for over 4 months despite multiple follow-ups with management. I have contacted support as well as senior management but have not received a clear response or resolution. I hope the company resolves this matter transparently.
