It was so easy. Instructions were clear, there was a video and a step by step written guide. Can't go wrong. Sent mould off and had mouthguard about week or so. Fits perfectly.

These gum shields are terrific. 16 year old uses his for rugby, 13 year old daughter for hockey. Dental protection is far superior to shop bought ones. Clear instructions and helpful video for creating the impressions. Company also were responsive to my questions
