I have been charged twice for something I have not received!
This company’s billing model feels intentionally designed to confuse consumers into paying nonrefundable fees before they fully understand what they are actually purchasing. I signed up through Hers to explore GLP-1 weight loss treatment options. The entire onboarding process heavily emphasized medication access and “membership” benefits, creating the impression that I was starting a service I could cancel if I chose not to proceed. What was not made sufficiently clear upfront was that the moment your information is reviewed, they consider the “membership fee” fully earned and completely nonrefundable, even if no medication is shipped, no treatment begins, and you cancel almost immediately. Only after I objected did the company repeatedly reframe the charge as payment for a “clinical evaluation” and “medical determination.” That is exactly the problem. If this is truly a nonrefundable clinical consultation fee, then it should be presented prominently and transparently as such from the beginning, not marketed primarily as a membership tied to GLP-1 treatment access. From a consumer standpoint, this feels deceptive, manipulative, and ethically questionable. The structure appears designed to secure payment first and clarify the true nature of the charge afterward. Companies know exactly how consumer psychology works. When people see terms like “membership,” “subscription,” and “explore treatment options,” many reasonably assume they are entering a process they can back out of before paying for actual care or medication. Hers appears to exploit that assumption. I ultimately left feeling that the company’s priority was obtaining payment as quickly as possible rather than ensuring consumers clearly understood what they were agreeing to beforehand. Consumers should be extremely cautious before entering payment information with this company and should carefully review every detail of what they are actually being charged for.
The meds are shipped in enough time so that I receive them before running out. This is the start of my 2nd month so hopefully I'll see more results.

RUN AWAY from this company!! BEWARE OF DOUBLE CHARGE MEMBERSHIP FEES!! This company is a total scams, took the $39 promo membership fee then somehow the Dr asked more questions and after I finished answering it asked me to pay another $149 membership fee in order to submit my application, I haven’t got any approval nor I know what they prescribed me yet they’re trying to charge me $188 just for membership fees!!! HOPE NO ONE EVER USES HERS!! Go with other online sites that don’t charge you membership fees! They’re many of them!

This product works!! I was struggling with my hair breaking off, so I chopped it into a short Bob haircut so I could get it even in the back. my hair has grown probably 2 inches since January. I’m so grateful. I found out about this product through a friend I hadn’t seen in a few months and when I saw her, her hair was longer and she told me about this so I had to try.
I’m gaining weight not losing weight, it’s frustrating that I am told I can’t get a higher dose when it’s obvious that it needs to be increased.
