In my case, I never completed treatment, never received medication, and never had medication shipped, yet I was still charged because the fee is categorized as a membership/subscription rather than a clear intake or evaluation charge. I understand companies have terms and conditions, but transparency matters. I believe the process would be far more honest if the company clearly stated during sign-up: “You are paying an intake/evaluation membership fee whether or not treatment proceeds.” That would allow consumers to make informed decisions before entering payment information. I also found customer support frustrating and repetitive, with responses focused more on quoting policy language than actually addressing the concern being raised. I would strongly encourage anyone signing up to carefully review the membership terms and immediately verify whether auto-renew is turned on. This review is simply to help future customers better understand the fee structure before enrolling.

Charging double and not disclosing “fees” is horrible. People are trying to better themselves and you are taking advantage of them. You should care more about helping people then sneaking fees and taking advantage.

the response and helpfullness is a bare minimum. i have requested a doseage change and am on day 7 of waiting for confirmation, meaning i am now a week off my program. horrible communication.
1st the gummies made me have a bad case of vertigo…STOLE MY MONEY!! When I only showed interest in their weight lost program .. They had my information on file because I did have the gummies but they took it upon their self to charge my account for the weight lost membership an pills I don’t have nor did I finish the consultation for !!DONT DO IT

This is a SCAM. The customer service HAS to be a bot, it is so inept. They do not read your messages — they send cut and paste platitudes. They charge you before you approve anything. They charge you even if you don't get the medication you are asking for. They charge for medication you don't ask for. It is infuriating. GO LITERALLY ANYWHERE ELSE.
