I signed up for what was presented as a trial, which was then automatically converted into a paid subscription without clear and transparent notice. When I raised the issue, the company responded and offered a full refund — however, this was conditional on me deleting my review, which I find inappropriate and unprofessional. While I appreciate that a refund was eventually offered, customers should not be asked to remove honest feedback in exchange for getting their money back. Transparency and fair practices should come first. I would advise others to be very careful when signing up and to read all terms closely.
I placed an order in Riyal currency and I was shown that it would cost 42 Riyals, which was mentioned as a gift or offer. Based on this information, I proceeded with the payment of 42 Riyals. However, I was unexpectedly charged more than 42 Riyals, and an additional amount of around 190 (in my local currency) was also deducted from my account. Due to this incorrect and unexpected deduction, I am very concerned and I believe there may be an issue or misunderstanding with the billing. For this reason, I am requesting a review of this transaction and a refund of the extra amount charged. I also want to inform you that I am closing my account due to this issue. I kindly request you to investigate this matter and resolve it as soon as possible.
