Good service with on the fly tech support
Every great magic trick consists of three parts. The Pledge: You build a secure website, pay for hosting, and hand your files over to their servers. The Turn: They make your entire public directory, domain routing, and FTP server completely disappear. The Prestige: This is where this provider breaks the rules of magic. When you ask what happened, they don't bring your data back. Instead, they look you in the eye and say, "Give us your local backup files, and we will make them appear again." Yes, they are the hosting provider, their infrastructure fails, and they expect you to handle their disaster recovery. When you ask them how an entire FTP server just vanishes, they confidently claim it was because your "website template" was prone to attack. Let that sink in. It is the exact equivalent of a bank losing everything in your safety deposit box and telling you, "Well, you see, the jewels were made by a particular jeweler, so our steel vault evaporated." Technical common sense just commits suicide. An application-layer template does not crash a core infrastructure FTP daemon. To prove it, I rebuilt the entire site from scratch using a different framework. Predictably, they lost all the files again. They are clearly masking massive, unmitigated hardware failures or running an un-containerized environment where they cross-contaminate their own servers. I don't have the option for zero stars, hence with a heavy heart, I give one star. Also, the timeline is a prolonged one, not an isolated date. If you want to play Russian Roulette with your business data, buy a ticket to their show. Otherwise, host anywhere else.
I would say the overall services are good , there’s technical support and all that stuff , they’ll make sure that your problem is solved but sometimes things take time (which in my case I didn’t had) .I had problems around my mail system (I use outlook) now it’s solved but it took some time and effort from my side , other than that the hosting servers and website is great and the team is supportive

Very poor support experience with Hosting Raja. My live business website onlinedelivery.in was down for more than 17 hours, and their team failed to restore the VPS backup on time even after multiple confirmations from my side. First, they forced me to manually take the database backup. After providing confirmation for the restore, there was no proper coordination between their support staff. One executive confirmed the restore process, but later another support person again delayed the work. I tried contacting them over calls and chat support throughout the night, but no proper update or ETA was provided. Every time they only said “wait 2–3 hours.” For a hosting company, handling a live production website with such slow response and poor communication is completely unacceptable. Very disappointed with their technical support and issue handling process.
