This morning when I went to buy my boyfriends birthday present ( was looking at different watches ) Sharon was very helpful & friendly.
My husband had bought me some beautiful gold hooped earrings for my birthday. This was from a Samuel's in Kent. Really please with them, until twice one fell out of my ear to the ground. I was scared to wear them again, in case it kept happening. The thought of losing something that was expensive, was a real concern to me. We went into our local Samuel's in Maidstone. Andrew served us. We explained the situation and we were able to get our money back. The review is for Andrew's professionalism, understanding, help and validation that our view was correct. My son decided on the watch that he wanted for his 21st birthday, unfortunately the one he chose wasn't available in the Maidstone store on arrival. Would have been nice to have had a text/call to let us know after filling out the on line booking form. But having said that the customer service was top marks (5 stars). They went out of there way to help us.
I came into the Mall Maidstone branch to collect my mum's watch and was served by Andrew who was very helpful and informative. The watch was perfect for my mum and great value. Lovely colour.

I popped in to have a question quick look at watches and was met by the Manager, Martin. He left me to choose what I was looking for and once I had chosen 2 he was more than helpful in advising on the attributes of both. Now there was about £70 difference between the watches but he did not push me to choose the more expensive one (the previous shop I visited were very aggressive in their selling approach). Left having received a fantastic service and the watch of my choice. Thank you H Samuel Maidstone
