I have had nothing but a GREAT experience with HTVRONT. I love the company so much that I have a few of their products: A DTF D1 Printer of mine stopped working after a big order and the company is letting me upgrade to the D2 as it's not fixable (We tried EVERYTHING!!). I have their D1 DTF Printer, Curer (oven), and Autopress 2. I also have the Loklik iEngrave and their customer service has ALWAYS been the most helpful.

I had an issue with my machine, and I truly appreciated all the support and attention they gave me throughout the entire process. My mini heat press recently stopped working after 4 months so I contacted support and after a little troubleshooting they are sending me a replacement. Very helpful and friendly. Super happy they are replacing the item as it has been great and super easy to use.

I recently had to request a new A200 as mine did not work correctly after I pressed one tumbler. I would have to turn it off, unplug it and wait for it to cool completely down (approx. 2 hours) before I could press another tumbler. I had only used the tumbler press 2xs when it stopped working correctly. I read all of the instructions and followed all of the troubleshooting instructions. It was a couple of months after I had purchased and was past the return date as I had purchased it off of Amazon. I explained my trouble shooting, and recorded my process and sent in the video. They promptly replaced my A200. I have not used the new one yet but plan on it this weekend. The customer service and communications was great! This makes me want to try their D2 DTF Printer but i'll have to wait as the price point is high.
Great customer service. Took care of the problem and sent a replacement. Answers were thorough and clear and replies came quickly even with the time difference.
I recently had to return a tumbler press as it wasn't really suitable for using with mugs as advertised. Customer services were prompt to reply. They asked for photos of the mug I was trying to use and then photos of the machine itself to ensure that it was in new condition. Once they had received these they sent a returns label and a few days later I received an email to say that the refund had been agreed to. I have received that in my bank today. Customer services were prompt and professional throughout.
I have made a few purchases from HTVRONT and haven't had any problems with my orders. My recent order arrived with significant damage to the packaging. I immediately took pictures of the packaging before I opened it the rest of the way. Thankfully everything for the machine was still in the box, and the machine is working as it is supposed to. Unfortunately, all of the vinyl and weeding tool kit was missing. After a few email exchanges my missing items are being resent. Customer service was kind, caring, and courteous. This was the first time that I had to contact support for any reason. My first customer communication was May 8, 2026. A solution was confirmed May 10, 2026. I didn't expect a response until Monday, since I emailed on Friday after 5 pm.
I really love the quality of HTVRONT products and how convenient and easy the machines are to use for my small business. The mug press gives beautiful results, and it has become an important part of my daily production process. I also purchased the A200 auto heat press, and I absolutely love it as well! It has been amazing to work with and makes my workflow so much easier 😊 I did experience a small inconvenience recently, but what truly stood out to me was the excellent customer service. The support team was kind, professional, quick to respond, and genuinely helpful throughout the process. Customer service was top notch!!! I received my replacement part in the mail and it was followed up with short simple video on how to repair my DTF printer. Everything was super easy and my printer is like new !
I placed a bundle order which included Loklik cutting machine. The bundle of supplies was delivered, however, the machine wasn’t. I contacted support, provided proof on not receiving the machine, they acknowledged their error & sent the machine within a couple of days.
Having tried a number of other makes in my sublimating and HTV path, I found HTVRONT. I made a few mistakes through using the wrong products. I asked HTVRONT support and they have been great. I honestly could not have wished for better. Where other Sublimination and vinyl supplies just ignored me, within 24 hours, I had a reply and the help I needed. I can't fault their products or service.
Thank you! I had an order off of Amazon and the HTV I ordered wasn't acting like the others I have ordered before, I figured I was doing something wrong. I reached out, gave more info, and within a couple days HTVRONT sent a new roll that was working perfect! Thank you for the help and so fast!
