The customer service has a 5 star review from me, but not so much for the LokLik Cutter machine. My machine quit working after only a few times that I used it. After emailing videos back and forth with the customer service, come to find out, it was a machine default. They offered to refund my money, since they were out of stock for my machine.
Our heat press overheated and had an error message on second use. I was able to report this and within 5 hours a new one was on its way.
I have been a long time customer with HTVRONT and have recently purchased a DTF printer and additional products to go along with it. One of the additional products was damaged and I reached out to customer service showed them the damaged goods and they made it right without any problems. This is why I like purchasing my equipment and products year after year with them.
This company is beyond exceptional I bought my heat press and ship it to Jamaica it came with a fault when I msg them in no time I got a response and now I’m getting back my new press thank you HYVRONT I appreciate the quick response and for been so understanding I will forever support your brand thanks for making it so easy to communicate love it !!!

What an amazing company with a customer service that is second to none. A part on my heat press broke. I contacted them to get a replacement part but, instead, they are sending me a new machine. I am amazed at this and really couldn’t be happier. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Well done HYVRont, will definitely be shouting about this all over social media

Great customer service. I recently got a replacement phone case heatpress and the communication was smooth. The support team did everything to ensure the product work. The replacement was a new and it works great with no extra cost.
I ordered a loklik cutting machine 2 (LokLik iCraft) and the first one I received had an issue with it's motor. I contacted the support team at HTVRONT and they replied within 24 hours, asked for a video and within 48 hours sent out a new one. The new machine was a night and day compared to the old one. I highly recommend purchasing because based on my experience, their customer service is top notch.
Your technician Lewis, made my experience great, Mr. Lewis was VERY helpful and patient, while helping me with my printer issues. He listened to everything I had to say and answered all my question that I had at that time.
Their customer service is horrible. My DTF printer broke down in 9 months and now I have a really expensive paperweight. Update: I have finally gotten ahold of someone that is willing to actually do something to help. If my situation is resolved I will change my review
Update: HTVRont contacted me & honored the advertised special I received. Hopefully they will make their future adds more presise to avoid future confusion. They were pleasant in their email correspondence regarding this issue so I changed my rating to 4 stars. I cannot give them 5 stars because of the issue with the advertised special. I received an email from HTVRont about their iPaint Professional Kit is now Buy One, Get One Free. The email also stated that the Professional Kit was the only applicable kit. When I first entered the order, the website would not accept the code from the email. I contacted their support and the next day the code was working. However, the free kit on the order was the Standard Kit and not the Professional Kit from the email. I contacted them again and they said they were sorry for the confusion and the add would be changed instead of honoring the original add sent out.
So far, everything has been great with the purchase and delivery of my merchandise. However, there was a problem with the payment for one product that worried me. Apparently, I'll make all my other purchases with PayPal because I made two purchases with my credit card, and one had issues with their fraud system. I wasn't going to buy from you anymore, but I reconsidered, and next time I'll pay with PayPal. Otherwise, I've found everything very efficient, and I'll continue working with you.
I recently purchased a Heat Press from this company as an upgrade. The item arrived much quicker than their quoted time, was well packed and included a very streamlined leaflet with a QR code linked to the instructions, which I preferred, rather than reams and reams of paperwork in multiple languages. Having used the press a few times I was noticing a loud “clunk” on start up. I messaged the company who asked me to send a video which I did. They didn’t receive the video but immediately asked me to upload to Google Drive and send them the code, which I did. They replied same day (allowing for time differences), informing that the noise I was hearing is perfectly normal, but to contact them again if I have any other queries/problems, I was very impressed with the level of customer service and the speed with which my query was dealt with. The heat press works beautifully and I love the automatic settings. Would definitely recommend!
I had a small issue at first because a part was missing from my order, but the customer service team handled it quickly and made everything right without any hassle. Once I had everything, the product worked exactly as expected, and the quality was great. Really appreciate how they stood behind their product—definitely would recommend.
