HTVRont has been great! Their customer service is amazing and solves any issues I may have. So far I have been using their products for about 4 years, I am a crafter and I am constantly purchasing their materials. In that time I have only had one issue but it was with Amazon sending my used vinyl but HTVRont still helped me and took care of it and it was so quick! They took the time to hear me out and solve my problem. I will definitely continue purchasing and recommending them to my fellow crafters!
Purchased multiple products from them have also purchased products in the past I really like the design and the efficiency of them and customer service after this last purchase was above and beyond. Their products are not only functional they're very attractive which I enjoy.
I received a faulty heat press. I contacted customer support via email. I initially placed a call but no answer. However they returned my call the next day. The problem was resolved super fast and they sent a replacement back instantly.

That offer was then reduced to $150, and later reduced again to $50, with the explanation that they could not exceed $1,050 total due to an existing $1,000 coupon. The terms changed multiple times after being offered in writing, which raises additional concerns about consistency and follow-through. ⭐️ (1/5) – Honest Experience with HTVRONT DTF Printer I wanted to share my experience in a factual and transparent way so others can make an informed decision. I purchased a DTF printer bundle (printer + oven) from HTVRONT for nearly $3,000 (over $3,500 with financing). I had previously used and liked other products from this brand, which is why I chose to invest in their DTF system. Unfortunately, this has been one of the most time-consuming and frustrating purchases I’ve made. ⸻ Product Performance From the beginning, the printer had consistent issues with ink flow. In order to get it to function, I repeatedly had to flush the ink lines. Even after doing so, the printer would only complete 4–5 prints before failing again. Over the course of a month, I spent 20+ hours troubleshooting, in addition to going through a significant amount of ink and film. Eventually, I had to purchase replacement parts out of pocket just to get the machine temporarily running. This level of maintenance and inconsistency is not what I would expect from equipment at this price point. ⸻ Customer Support Experience Support was limited to email and often slow to respond. I was asked multiple times to repeat troubleshooting steps I had already completed, including during a live support call. Despite the time invested, I was not provided with a meaningful or lasting solution. ⸻ Refund Process After continued issues, I proceeded with a return. I followed all instructions, including taking time off work to be available for pickup. Prior to return, I had a written agreement confirming a full refund. However, the refund was issued in a way that resulted in PayPal fees being deducted, meaning I did not receive the full amount paid. This was not disclosed beforehand, and the remaining balance has not been reimbursed. Additionally, there has been inconsistency regarding the agreed handling of the oven portion of the bundle. ⸻ Overall Experience This situation resulted in: • Significant time spent troubleshooting • Additional out-of-pocket expenses • Lost income due to scheduling requirements • An incomplete refund despite prior agreement While I initially chose HTVRONT based on positive past experiences, this particular purchase and the handling of the situation have made it difficult for me to recommend their DTF printers. ⸻ Final Thoughts I believe in giving companies a fair chance to resolve issues, but in this case, the outcome did not align with what was originally agreed upon. If you are considering this type of investment, I would recommend carefully evaluating both product reliability and post-purchase support before making a decision.

The gentleman Lewis was so wonderful and patient and understanding. This is my 1s DTF printer and I had no idea how to work it or how I messed it up a little. But he walked me through all of it and answered all my questions without hesitation or judgment. Their customer service is amazing and helpful. The printer is fantastic as well. I can't wait to do more projects. And with the people they have working at HTVRONT, I am no longer worried about what if this or that because I know they are there ready to help, even someone like me, a first timer.
