During my 1st inquiry,i sent an email, and the next day there were already an email reply. When i seek advice, advice was given and assistance also provided on who to refer too. Respond was fast and clear.
I would strongly advise anyone considering studying anything with ICS Learn to think very carefully before enrolling. One of my employees has had an extremely poor experience, which has caused a significant amount of stress and anxiety throughout what should have been a structured learning process. There have been serious issues with delays and administration. One assignment took MONTHS to be graded, and another assignment was lost entirely! These delays have left her worrying about running out of time and potentially having to pay for further extensions, despite the fact that the delays were not caused by her. Most recently, she submitted her final assignment on her third submission, believing it to be within the required word count. It was rejected for being just 11 words over. Given the history of delays and poor handling, this has caused further unnecessary stress, as she is now worried she may have to pay for another extension simply to complete the course, which appears to be by design! The whole experience has been frustrating and has had an impact on her wellbeing. From what I have seen, the communication and administration is not anywhere near what I would expect from a training provider.
Everything does not work, and i want to cancel my course
Student Number: 45254687, Hello ICS, I believe that this will be marking the 3rd time I have written a review to you lot. I have found it futile to email or call you. However for some reason whenever I write a review I get a fast response one that solves the issue at hand rather swiftly leaving both me and you satisfied. Now last month I had made a payment, but before that I said that I wanted it to be the last payment I make, it was meant to be a goodbye. Nevertheless I kept getting tossed around from one department to another until the next month's pay date allegedly came, then you lot demanded for more money. It is a shame that an unprivileged young man trying to better his life by means of education has been coerced into a financial loop, one that feels inescapable, the little money that I have is being stripped away from me with no remorse or understanding or even any consolidation.
ICS Learn is amazing, their study materials are well explanatory and you can have access to more questions to assess your progress and career development. they have good tutor someone like Christopher Neeson he is amazing and experience Tutor.
I recently enrolled in the CIPD Level 5 course, so it’s still early for me to comment on the course itself. However, I really wanted to appreciate the support I received during the enrolment process. Ciaran and the team were extremely helpful throughout the whole process. Their communication was consistent, professional, and they were always quick to respond whenever I had questions. The support and guidance made the enrolment experience smooth and stress-free. Looking forward to starting my learning journey with them.
Ciaran has answered all of my queries in a timely manner and given me all the information I need. He has given a great service from start to finish and has always responded professionally. He is a credit to the team.
I was in a live lesson with Ross Docherty. Found it very helpful, feel a bit more prepared for my exam which I've been anxious about and don't feel like I'm walking in blind anymore. He answered my questions too.
