Title: Non-existent customer service and no refund a month after delivery! Terrible experience with Jaded London. I returned two orders (including order No. #2248043) using the return label provided directly on their website. The package was shipped via Poste Italiane (tracking number: JVGL40051985001235240037) and the tracking clearly shows it was successfully delivered to their headquarters on 20/04/2026. To this day, nearly a month later, I have not received my refund for either order. On top of that, their customer service is completely non-existent: I have reached out to them but received absolutely no response. It is unacceptable for such a well-known brand to keep both the items and the customer's money without any explanation. I highly recommend avoiding this website if this is how they handle returns and support. I demand my refund immediately.
