Coolest top but it came broken ! 😢 3 of the beaded straps have broken off. I have bought so many pieces from jaded London usually great quality so this is a bit disappointing
Quick delivery, quality item
I would strongly advise against ordering from Jaded London if you ever plan on returning anything. I returned items worth approximately €430 on 21.02.2026 using the seller’s own return process. The parcel was successfully delivered weeks ago via DHL to the seller’s logistics partner/returns facility. Since then, I have received: * no refund * no confirmation of receipt * no response to my customer service requests * no proper communication whatsoever The only reason I was eventually able to identify the recipient of my return was because I personally contacted DHL and investigated the shipment myself. Jaded London provided absolutely no transparency regarding the return process. What makes this even more frustrating is that the company only reacted after I escalated the matter through PayPal — and even then they responded as if I had not returned the items yet, despite already being in possession of the returned goods for weeks. At this point, Jaded London has had both: * my returned items, and * my money for almost 3 months, while I am left with neither. Looking at other public reviews, I can now see that many customers report very similar issues with returns and refunds. Extremely disappointing customer service and return handling.
The dress is so short, it seems more like a blouse
The shorts did not have the same fit as in the photo on the website. The fabric was not as good qaulity as I expected for the price. The shorts were too high waisted... And on top pf that 12€ to return the product......
AWFUL. Took my money - didnt have stcok, refunded and have to wait 10 days for money back.
