I needed a new coffee maker and the prices are the same pretty much everywhere on the 'net (Techivorm Moccamaster) and Hufford came up in a Google search so I clicked their link. Turns out I had a question and ended up using their customer service to get an answer - it was very fast - like literally minutes (during normal weekday business hours) and very helpful. And they included filters, cleaner and a bag of coffee with the unit. They shipped fast, it arrived carefully packed and is working great!. Very happy to know they exist and will include them in my future searches for kitchen gear.
