I have been a member of this gym in Heilbronn for over two years and have even introduced several friends who later became members themselves. However, on 16 February 2025 at 18:10, I had a deeply disappointing experience. When I brought a friend as a guest, the staff exhibited rude behavior towards both of us. Their attitude was unprofessional and did not reflect the values I expected from a gym under the Jumpers brand. Additionally, when I asked for the employee’s name and requested to speak with Club Manager, they dismissively responded, “Go ahead and talk!” in a rude manner. This level of disrespect is completely unacceptable. As a loyal member, I believe that staff should treat both members and potential new customers with professionalism and respect. Unfortunately, this experience has made me question whether I should continue my membership here. I hope the management takes this matter seriously and ensures that staff members uphold a higher standard of customer service.

The studio's equipment is good, but I often see that it's broken because people don't use them properly. I also tried cancelling my membership which I came into the studio I month ahead of time to cancel but the staff didn't know how to cancel my membership while I was there in person, seems to me that they can cancel it but don't want to. They told me that I needed to do it myself online which is a load of crap... I've been to many gyms and they recommend you come in and cancel instead of online. Also, They never reply to emails I sent out regarding this issue instead they send me emails about payment. In addition, I had to go into the studio once more because I never received my contract in an email with my membership ID # and details. I tried countless times to log in and cancel online but it kept giving me errors since I needed my ID # and my birth date didn't work as well by that time I left the country and they still charged me for the next month which I wasn't even around anymore and have canceled. Very unprofessional, stay away unless you want to lose your money...
I am a member , I was at the gym today .. at 16:45.. I am a new member , I pay my bills and so far I had no prob .. during membership the trainers I dealt with were very helpful and welcoming .. today the woman at the reception, a trainer was very unfriendly .. I had brought a friend to try the gym .. she did not let us enter saying that she can only do an appointment after 25 min .. I was willing to pay for the day if she did not have time but she said has no time for even talking to me and finding a solution .. I am disappointed with the attitude .. I was later told that she is very close to the chef and she does not care ..
The Process was smooth. But you can also ask for the start period of the membership. For example, I want to start from October onwards or from November.
Avoid, cowboy accountancy. Do not enter any contracts they will squeeze very penny out of of you even when you are not in the country.
