It’s a SCAM! They took the money and never delivered the food even tho it was marked as “delivered”! We tried contacting them but they refused to communicate properly and solve the problem. Would’ve gave them 0 stars id there was an option. 👎

Their driver did not call or text the correct number, and did not try ringing the doorbells either. Now I paid 20€ for nothing. It was such a bad experience. Never again.

0 Starts!!!! Do not make mistake and order from from them. Customer service non existing from the team in The chat. However, I would say we where lucky with Restaurant and amazing delivery guy!!! Advice do not waiste your time call resraurant directly!

Terrible Experience - Avoid at All Costs! Just Eat is an absolute disaster. Their customer service is nearly non-existent, with rude representatives who clearly don’t prioritize the customer. The process for submitting any requests is buried under layers of bureaucracy, making it frustratingly difficult to resolve issues. Orders are consistently incomplete, massively delayed, or even delivered to the wrong address. I’ve never received an order on time or without some major problem. Completely disorganized and unreliable. I cannot recommend this service to anyone.

Worst service never ever use this, they are fraud, my order never came yet it was shown delivered, where contacted with service agents they say they were contacting me on my phone , I called them several times they have not picked the phone and when ask for refund there agents just disconnect the chat, worst experience never ever use this app, I am going to delete the app for other countries too.
I placed an order and after 20 minutes it wasn’t confirmed and I couldn’t reach the restaurant. I asked via chat to cancel the order. Davide told me it had been confirmed and it would reach me in 10 minutes. I said I wasn’t seeing that on my end. The chat ended and I thought it was my connection, but every time I went into the chat queue and Davide entered the chat, he closed it out immediately after seeing it was me. This happened five or six times until I got another representative, who told me the order had not been assigned and that it would be at least 30 minutes. Fortunately he agreed to cancel the order, but never again will I use this service.
