We visited Italy (Rome) and tried JustEat App for food delivery. It was the worst experience I have ever had. We chose Delivery as the option, however the order was placed for picking food from the restaurant itself. We were not able to update or even cancel the order from the app. The phone line never worked. We called the restaurant and they said JustEat has sent our order to be picked from restaurant. We spent same amount of money on taxi as the amount of food. I would not recommend JustEat to anyone!!
First delivery experience was great, but the second was terrible! The food never arrived, they emailed me 20 mins after their delivery attempt saying they tried to call my mobile but couldn’t reach me but I had no missed calls?? I don’t blame the restaurants enrolled but the Just Eat company has no accountability. I requested a credit but they denied it. The company would not organize another delivery attempt after I went through their Live Chat support with 20 messages back and forth the same evening

Just eat offers lots of restaurants and the site is very easy to use. It also has onteresting special offers and discounts for devoted clients. It is my go to when I want to order take away!
Order never received. The driver reported the delivery as delivered, but never delivered the order. Probably criminal.

The website has no live tracking of the delivery and I was not able to download the app because I don’t have a Italian account. I waited more than 40 minutes outside because the the website showed that the delivery will arrive now. Really bad experience. Just eat in Switzerland works really good and has a live tracking of the delivery on the website. I will never use just eat in Italy again
